EisnerAmper is seeking a Sales Pipeline Data Specialist to support data quality across the Advisory Services Group and Outsourced Services Group. Reporting into the Growth team, you will audit, clean, and maintain sales pipeline data: resolving duplicate records, enforcing stage and field standards, and closing out stale opportunities.

You will work closely with the Advisory Services and Outsourced Services growth teams, business development professionals, and practice leadership to ensure pipeline reporting, forecasting, and KPIs are built on reliable, trustworthy data.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing audits of CRM and pipeline data to identify duplicate, stale, incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant records
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline hygiene activities to maintain data quality standards across NetSuite CRM and other approved CRM platforms
• Review opportunity records for completeness and accuracy, validating required fields, stage classifications, ownership assignments, close dates, service line coding, originator attribution, and other required data elements
• Correct data issues directly within CRM systems and follow up with opportunity leaders and/or other stakeholders to obtain missing or inaccurate information
• Monitor aging, stalled, dormant, duplicate, and misclassified opportunities and work with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and appropriate disposition
• Investigate and resolve data quality exceptions that cannot be addressed through automated tools, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Support the accuracy of pipeline reporting, forecasting, and analytics by maintaining clean and reliable CRM data
• Prepare and distribute pipeline hygiene reports, scorecards, exception lists, and data quality findings to Growth and practice leadership
• Support pipeline review meetings through data preparation, action-item tracking, and follow-up activities
• Maintain and update CRM data quality procedures, hygiene checklists, SOPs, field definitions, and related documentation
• Document recurring data issues and recommend updates to processes, procedures, or training materials that improve data quality and consistency
• Identify recurring data quality patterns and trends over time, and surface opportunities for process improvement or automation to Growth leadership
• Serve as a resource for CRM users by answering questions related to data entry requirements, pipeline standards, and opportunity management procedures
• Assist with the creation, maintenance, and modification of CRM reports, dashboards, and data quality monitoring tools
• Help promote consistent pipeline definitions, data standards, and CRM practices across NetSuite and other approved CRM platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or future systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree of equivalent experience in business administration, sales operations, data management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems, including data entry, cleanup, or quality assurance
• Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to data accuracy. Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and ensure information is maintained to the highest quality standards
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply practical business judgment when evaluating opportunity data, ownership, stage progression, attribution, and other pipeline-related scenarios
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask thoughtful questions, obtain missing information, follow up persistently, and communicate data quality concerns clearly and professionally
• Confidence and professionalism in holding stakeholders accountable to established CRM data standards and following through on corrective actions when needed.
• Ability to maintain a work schedule that includes at least 3-4 hours of regular overlap with U.S. business hours, with flexibility to participate in scheduled meetings across U.S. time zones as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with NetSuite CRM or comparable CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
• Strong Excel skills, including experience working with large datasets, filtering, sorting, lookup functions, and pivot tables
• Familiarity with sales pipeline concepts, including opportunity stages, forecasting, lead attribution, opportunity ownership, and sales reporting
• Experience identifying data quality issues and implementing corrective actions within CRM or operational systems
• Experience supporting a professional services, consulting, accounting, advisory, or business development organization
• Exposure to SQL/BI/reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau), or data visualization is a plus, as the role may grow to include deeper pipeline analytics
• Experience using approved AI, automation, or data analysis tools to improve data quality, reporting, or operational workflows
