M9 Solutions is seeking an Advanced Test Engineer to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Scottsdale, AZ. An active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs system integration and verification, including ground-system testing.
• Performs software integration activities.
• Analyzes and breaks down requirements.
• Develops test plans and test procedure documents.
• Executes tests, troubleshoots issues, and develops test automation scripts.
• Participates in the planning of technical approaches, resources, schedules, budgets, and equipment required for the testing and evaluating of new systems, products, and special devices.
• Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures throughout the engineering development lifecycle.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field, plus 5+ years of relevant work experience; or Master's degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages.
• 5+ years working with satellite operations and ground operations systems.
• Openly proposes ideas that enhance productivity and efficiency, solicits input, and optimizes solutions.

• 15+ years of software integration expertise.
• 10+ years of recent Linux experience.
