Advanced Social Worker – Children with Disabilities (South East England) – Permanent

• Salary of £49,464 – £52,864 per annum depending on experience

Your Key Responsibilities

• Hold a complex caseload within a Children with Disabilities service
• Complete assessments, plans and interventions to safeguard and improve outcomes for children and young people
• Build positive and lasting relationships with children, families and partner agencies
• Provide supervision and support to Family Support Workers within the team
• Offer mentoring and practice guidance to colleagues whilst promoting high-quality social work practice
• Support the Team Manager where required and occasionally deputise in their absence

For This Role You Will Need

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, CSS or equivalent)
• Registration with Social Work England
• Completed ASYE
• At least three years' post-qualified social work experience
• Experience of working with children with disabilities and their families
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
