What You Will Do
The Adult Clinic Nurse is responsible for the nursing care of patients in the clinic setting.
The Opportunity
- Patient check in duties, including but not limited to: vital signs, medication reconciliation, allergy updates, and assessment/reason for visit.
- Performs anticoagulation management under the direction of a physician.
- Provides nursing care for patients in the infusion room.
- Follows the plan of care for surgery patients.
- Draws laboratory studies as ordered.
- Coordinate and work directly with triage nursing to ensure comprehensive continuity of patient care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an approved nursing program.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Valid RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Valid drivers license and automobile insurance required.
