ACCIONA has partnered with Georgiou, under the CoastalTraX consortium, to deliver The Wave Stage 1 on the Sunshine Coast. The project will design and build a 19km dual-track passenger rail line from Beerwah to Caloundra, including new stations at Bells Creek and Caloundra.
About the Role
Join our team as a Health & Safety Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail‑driven, and passionate about contributing to safety outcomes on a major NSW infrastructure program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety team across day‑to‑day activities.
- Assist with onboarding, inductions, competency tracking and training record maintenance.
- Update, maintain and organise safety documentation, registers and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate safety meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items.
- Support incident reporting, data entry and the management of corrective actions.
- Ensure documentation is filed and stored in alignment with internal governance requirements.
- Assist with preparing safety packs, communications and weekly reports.
Required Skills and Competencies
What Capability & Experience You'll Need:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office and digital document management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment and adapt to changing priorities.
