Job Description

Job Duties

· Review elements of submitted license applications to confirm eligibility and perform necessary steps to complete the application process.

· Generate appropriate reports, inspect applicant education and timeline, investigate any disciplinary issues, verify certification and other state licenses.

· Process all documentation required by Oklahoma law and administrative code for confirming eligibility for licensure.

· Ability to comprehend and apply laws and administrative code specific to licensing requirements.

· Provide customer service to applicants, licensees, and the public.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required

· Detail oriented

· Advanced computer skills in:

o Microsoft Suite

o Adobe Pro

o Zoom

· Excellent communication and active listening skills

· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and organize

· Ability to work in a team environment

Education and Experience Required

· Experience in legal, healthcare, licensing, and credentialing is preferred but not required

· Three (3) years of clerical office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
