Summary
The Account Representative II manages a portfolio of customer accounts and is responsible for executing day-to-day commercial activities, including order management, customer communication, and issue resolution. This role operates with increased independence, handling moderately complex accounts while balancing customer relationship management, transactional execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a high-quality customer experience.What You'll Do
Manage assigned customer accounts, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day needs.
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service expectations.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests independently.
Monthly receive and enter customer forecast, work with suppliers on open order for future months, and place orders to keep pipeline complete.
Monitor account activity and identify potential risks (e.g., delays, supply issues) and escalate when appropriate.
Prepare and support pricing requests, quotes, and contract-related documentation and retros within established guidelines.
Monitor aging customer AR and credit limits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, transactional data, and documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Proactive internal and external communication.

What You Need
High School Diploma or GED required, higher education degree is preferred.
2-4 years of experience in customer service, account support, sales support, or similar roles.
Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
