Summary

What You'll Do

• Coordinates and lead the team’s daily operations.
• Unpacks, repacks, places items, etc.
• Uses tools and visual aids to confirm quantities of freight being received and shipped.
• Operates a forklift and/or crane for loading and unloading.
• Operates other machines for production or processing, such as scan gun.
• Inspects product before shipping.
• Cleans work area according to 5S standards.
• Enters production data into basic spreadsheet systems.
• Follows approved procedures and precautions.
• Assists in providing safe environment for all employees.
• Responsible for maintaining paperwork of incoming and outgoing products.
• Participates in team meetings and training.
• Other duties may be assigned.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months of related experience or training.
• High school diploma/GED may not be required if five or more years of related work experience.
• Manufacturing/production environment involves consistent exposure to machinery, tools, and material handling activities. Employees interact frequently with team members, supervisors, and quality/safety personnel during shift handoffs, line changes, and routine coordination, with ambient to loud noise from equipment, forklifts, alarms, and ventilation systems, possibly requiring hearing protection in designated areas. Lighting is primarily overhead task and bay lighting; temperatures and airflow may vary by process and season, with localized heat, cold, dust, or odors depending on materials used. The environment typically requires PPE (e.g., safety shoes, eye/ear protection, gloves, hearing protection) and adherence to safety, housekeeping, and lockout/tagout procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workplace.   
• Medium Work: Maximum occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds,        frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds. Typically requires standing and walking 80% or more a workday.
