About the Role

As an Account Coordinator and under the wing of an experienced Sales Director, you will be an important pillar of support for a tight-knit team in Corporate & Industry Partnerships, that sit across a national portfolio of major Corporate Real Estate brands and Industry Partners.
You will be the backbone of operational support that enables the team to go out and do what they do best… drive revenue growth, product adoption and brand loyalty with our most valuable clients.

What You’ll Do: 

•  Assist Sales & Partnerships team with a wide range of tasks - e.g. creating tailored proposals, handling client correspondence, vetting new leads, creating compelling narrative with sales data, and supporting events sponsorship.

• Facilitate admin tasks to ensure client and team requests are quickly and effectively completed.

• Responding to ad-hoc tasks and queries including billing and invoicing, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and Customer Experience teams.

• Provide feedback, escalate issues, and shape processes to help drive improvements and efficiencies.

• Expand your product knowledge across the Domain solutions, quickly becoming an industry expert within Corporate and Industry Real Estate.

 
Ideally You’ll Have:

ESSENTIAL:

• Previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar team support function.

• Experience with general admin tasks.

• Excellent sense of speed, accuracy, time management and organisation skills.

• Great with people.

• Full working rights for a full-time permanent position.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Industry experience in Saas, Print / Digital Media or Real Estate

• Existing sales experience.

• Experience with AI
