Provides administrative, operational, reporting support for the training department to ensure smooth training execution.
Support/involve for any agency new project/initiatives and prompt support for any adhoc task assigned by Superior/CAO/Management
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage training calendar, logistics & procurement, vendor coordination, payment and budget.
- Prepare, tracking and maintain training records, dashboards, attendance, compliance data, department expenses etc
- Ensure effective and productive administration operation
- Support trainers with materials, evaluations, training and event coordination.
- Ensuring the annual training compliance rate is achieved.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-4 years’ experience in training administration
- Proficient in Microsoft office and report tools
