Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Work Model: Hybrid — 2 to 3 days per week in the office

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to organizational growth through effective, data-driven, and AI-enabled recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with proven expertise managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent across multiple channels.

• Leverage AI-driven recruitment tools and technologies to optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate experience, skills, and alignment with position requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment activity within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and overall recruitment efficiency.

• Stay up to date with emerging recruitment technologies, AI applications, sourcing techniques, and Talent Acquisition trends.

• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.

Required Qualifications

• More than 3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies, and candidate assessment techniques.

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven recruitment tools, platforms, or technologies.

• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, or specialized positions.

• Experience working directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and performance metrics.

• Experience implementing AI, automation, or other technology-driven solutions within recruitment.

• Advanced English proficiency is a plus.

Work Model

• Hybrid work model based in Mexico City (CDMX).

• 2 to 3 days per week working from the office.

• Remaining days working remotely.
