We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to help define, build, and scale the Xsolla Money Account. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex problem spaces, enjoys working hands-on with engineering and partners, and is motivated by turning ambiguity into shipped, high-quality products.
The Xsolla Money Account is a strategic initiative to build embedded financial services for gamers, creators, and developers. The product spans wallet capabilities, card issuing, payouts, and future financial tools that remove friction from how value moves across the gaming ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of fintech and gaming, the Money Account enables new business models, creator monetization, and deeper player engagement.
You will own critical parts of the Money Account roadmap and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable financial products. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, the ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, and consistent follow-through from concept through launch and iteration. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys staying close to execution and takes pride in seeing complex work through to completion.
This is a high-impact product area operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with meaningful technical, regulatory, and partner complexity. The opportunity is to shape foundational financial infrastructure that will scale globally and directly influence how money flows through the gaming economy.
Contribute to the Money Account product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Identify opportunities to expand wallet, issuing, payouts, and related financial capabilities for gamers and creators.
Balance user experience, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and partner constraints when shaping solutions.
Translate product strategy into clear, high-quality PRDs that provide context, rationale, and actionable requirements.
Partner closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive, trustworthy end-to-end user experiences.
Work with engineering teams using Jira and Confluence to manage scope, priorities, and delivery.
Drive features from ideation through build, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support teams.
Communicate goals, tradeoffs, and timelines clearly to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
Support internal enablement by helping teams understand new features, user flows, and operational impacts.
Work with external partners such as wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, and card networks.
Participate in partner discussions to clarify requirements, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
Contribute to evaluations of vendors, platforms, and capabilities that support the Money Account roadmap.
Define and monitor key product metrics related to onboarding, engagement, and usage.
Use data, user feedback, and partner insights to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Continuously refine products based on performance and evolving customer needs.
8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional Fintech products from concept to launch.
Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
Strong technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams and APIs.
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and execution plans.
Strong project management and execution skills, including the ability to plan work, manage timelines and dependencies, track action items, and proactively surface risks or blockers.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, and related tools) to manage backlogs, document requirements, maintain execution visibility, and support prioritization and planning workflows.
Data-informed mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
Collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and reassessing assumptions as new information emerges.
A proactive, can‑do mindset with a bias toward action—someone who rolls up their sleeves, tackles problems head-on, and looks for ways to move work forward rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and change, maintaining momentum even as priorities evolve.
Proactive, hands-on attitude with a bias toward ownership and execution.
Familiarity with fraud management, risk, chargebacks, or compliance considerations.
Experience in gaming, digital goods, and creator platforms.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Technical Artist to join Black Ember Games in Berlin. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our Berlin office.
You are someone who sees the seams between art and engineering not as friction, but as opportunity. You think visually and reason technically, and you find genuine satisfaction in building the systems, tools, and pipelines that let a creative team do their best work without fighting the engine to do it.
You've shipped real games. You know what a well-built asset pipeline feels like versus a chaotic one, and you have the scars to prove the difference matters. You're equally at home writing a Python tool to automate a tedious workflow, debugging a shader that's tanking performance, or sitting with an artist to help them understand why their mesh is blowing the draw call budget.
We're a small team with big ambitions and an indie mindset. That means we move fast, share ownership broadly, and genuinely want to hear your ideas — not just execute a task list. If you're energized by that kind of environment and want to help build something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Berlin office. As a Technical Artist, you will act as the bridge between art and engineering — translating visual intentions into optimized systems, scalable pipelines, and tools that empower the whole team to create. As a team with an indie mindset, we are not adherent to a stringent hierarchy and set of processes… if you know a better way to do something, bring that to the table, discuss, and set a new direction with art leadership.

ABOUT YOU
Xsolla's Shop Builder team is transitioning from a vertical product structure to a horizontal platform model, enabling multiple internal customer teams across Xsolla to ship independently. This evolution significantly increases the coordination and operational demands on the team.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to manage that operational complexity and keep a distributed, senior team running effectively across a 16-hour timezone spread. You will be responsible for the coordination infrastructure that connects the platform team with five internal customer teams, ensuring communication is clear, schedules are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Reporting to the Director of Product, this is a high-trust, high-visibility role. You will work closely with the Product Owners day to day, participate in key leadership meetings, and act as a central point of coordination between the platform team and its stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute agendas for all recurring platform meetings, including the bi-weekly Leadership Sync, monthly Roadmap Reviews, and bi-weekly Stakeholder Intake sessions.
Ensure agendas are distributed at least 24 hours before each meeting and that all action items are captured, assigned, and followed through to completion.
Manage scheduling logistics for a team distributed across multiple timezones, from PST through UTC+8.
Maintain the platform intake process across all customer teams, ensuring requests are logged and triaged in a consistent and timely manner.
Communicate request status updates to customer teams on a regular basis, bridging the gap between stakeholder syncs.
Keep intake data organized and complete so the Product Owner has accurate information available when making prioritization decisions.
Maintain a current dependency map across customer teams and platform deliverables.
Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and timeline changes early, before they become issues in delivery.
Communicate the downstream impact of platform delays to relevant stakeholders so leadership can make informed decisions.
Publish a weekly status update covering progress, upcoming milestones, and active blockers, distributed to all stakeholders each Friday.
Act as the primary point of contact for operational and coordination questions from customer teams.
Maintain Confluence documentation for platform processes, decision logs, and operational artifacts, keeping content current on an ongoing basis.
Partner with the Product Owner to ensure the product roadmap reflects accurate delivery schedules, surfacing schedule changes, slippage, and capacity constraints as they arise.
Monitor development team progress and communicate timeline updates to the Product Owner regularly so roadmap decisions are based on current information.
Once product decisions are made, ensure roadmap updates are reflected consistently across Confluence, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
3 or more years of program or project management experience within a technology or platform organization.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communication in a multi-product environment.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Strong written communication skills, with experience producing regular status updates, meeting materials, and operational documentation.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify and escalate issues.
Background in gaming, digital commerce, or platform-as-a-service environments.
Familiarity with platform team operating models and how they differ from product team structures.
Experience working with distributed, async-first teams across multiple timezones.
Experience supporting senior technical leadership in a fast-moving product organization.
