We are seeking a seasoned and talented Public Relations Manager to join Xsolla's Global Marketing team! In this role, you will support and make significant contributions to the planning, collaboration, execution, and measurement of our PR & Media Relations Campaigns in the Asia-Pacific region
Our goal is to foster and enhance a favorable image of our company among employees, potential candidates, clients, partners, influencers, industry leaders and gamers within the region. If you excel in writing, technology, and customer service, and you have a strong understanding of games tech, fintech, and forums, this role might be for you. We value team players who listen well, collaborate seamlessly, and are not hesitant to share innovative new ideas. As an individual, you should be responsible, trustworthy, and proactive.
Working from our Kuala Lumpur or Tokyo office or remotely across the Asia-Pacific region, you will contribute to our regional communications strategies and report directly to the Vice President of Global Public Relations.

APACリージョナル・マーケティング・マネージャー(韓国拠点)に直接レポートし、APACマーケティングヘッド(日本拠点)からの助言を受けながら、各種マーケティングキャンペーンのオーナーシップを持ち、全体的なマーケティング戦略の実行を担っていただきます。

Marketing Manager for Japan
ABOUT YOU
As a Marketing Manager, you will use your planning, organization and execution skills to help the company profitably grow in Japan. We are looking for a trustworthy, motivated and accountable individual to support the marketing efforts of the team based in the Asia-Pacific Region while collaborating and integrating within the global strategy. When working within a team-based environment, you will have the opportunity to work with team members from different disciplines from around the world, agency partners and trade show producers.
You will take ownership of marketing campaigns and support the execution of the overall marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager for APAC (based in Korea) and some advice by the Head of Marketing APAC (based in Japan). This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is strategically driven, relationship-focused, and deeply passionate about the gaming and payments landscape to join our Japan team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to identify and lead high-value partnerships, expand Xsolla's presence in the Japanese market, and serve as a trusted advisor to top-tier game studios and publishers.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex, high-value deals are essential, along with experience in business development or strategic partnerships within the payments and/or gaming industry. The ability to manage multiple high-priority relationships, navigate cross-functional collaboration, and communicate effectively with stakeholders from C-level executives to technical counterparts will be key to your success in this role.
