Veepee is looking for a Senior Product Designer (AI & Growth) with strong execution capabilities to take ownership and lead the implementation of a new AI orchestrated wellness business. This position operates in a fast-paced setting characterized by strong product ambiguity, involving AI integration, new categories, and non-standard ecommerce UX.

You must be comfortable making fast decisions independently, without being slowed down by multiple dependencies. In this role, you will be tasked with a high volume of production in a very short timeframe. Your immediate mission will be to rapidly build and launch a new AI-integrated product, which includes delivering 50 clean content pages and a fully functional, customer-facing AI agent within just 4 to 6 weeks.

Following the launch, you will be expected to drive rapid product iterations based on analytics data, all while ensuring the product maintains strong SEO performance.

🎯 TASKS

End-to-End Product Ownership: Fully own and lead the implementation of a new wellness AI agent UX/UI, acting as a hybrid profile who goes beyond standard UX/UI design.

High-Velocity Production: Rapidly design and deliver a high volume of assets, specifically producing 15 clean content pages and a fully functional, customer-facing AI agent within a tight timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks, with the ultimate goal of scaling to 50+ pages.

Navigate Ambiguity & AI Integration: Design for non-standard UX, new product categories, and complex AI features while making fast, autonomous decisions without relying on multiple dependencies.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner efficiently with business and marketing’s teams to design and deploy the homepage and the AI agent, leveraging the existing CMS to streamline development.

Data-Driven Iteration: Continuously monitor and analyze analytics data post-launch to drive rapid product iterations and improvements.

Maintain SEO Performance: Ensure that all product designs, implementations, and new content pages are optimized to maintain strong SEO performance.

At Veepee, we believe in the power of data. Our BI team's mission is to build the foundation that connects, empowers, and supports every Veepee user in making data-driven decisions. We are looking for a passionate Data Engineer to help us build and scale the infrastructure that makes this possible.

Our data warehouse is built on GCP (Google BigQuery) and we use dbt, but we are constantly evolving; we recently added Trino to our stack.

As a Data Engineer on our BI team, your primary mission will be to design, build, and maintain the scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that power Veepee's Business Intelligence ecosystem.

You will play a crucial role in evolving our technical stack, ensuring its reliability and performance while paving the way for AI-driven capabilities.

Develop and maintain high-performance Python-based services and APIs to support data integration, automation, and the operationalization of analytical models.

Build REST APIs with Flask and flask_restful.
Document and version APIs with Swagger or similar.
Apply best practices: error handling, validation, authentication/authorization, automated testing, and observability.

Own the orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring of data workflows and pipelines (e.g., using n8n or Airflow), ensuring data freshness and adherence to SLAs in collaboration with the Data Engineering platform team.

Le Business Process Owner (BPO) Supply Planning est intégré au sein du département Opérations et travaille sous la supervision du directeur Supply & Planning groupe.

Il est responsable de la définition, de la gestion et de l’amélioration continue des processus et outils d’approvisionnement, en lien avec les équipes Tech, afin d'en améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle et assurer l’alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques de Veepee.

Il est le référent métier sur ces processus, chargé d’accompagner les équipes approvisionnement dans leur mise en œuvre et assurer leur support, mais aussi de faire le lien avec les autres référents métiers du groupe (commerce, entrepôts, comptabilité, etc.) pour assurer l’alignement entre les processus approvisionnement et ceux des autres départements.

Ses principales missions sont :

La conception et la mise en oeuvre des processus et outils approvisionnement pour le groupe

Le support des équipes approvisionnement sur l’exécution des processus groupe et l’amélioration continue des processus existants

La participation à la définition du plan stratégique du groupe pour la fonction approvisionnement et sa mise en oeuvre

Missions détaillées

Mission 1 - Conception et mise en oeuvre des processus et outils approvisionnement pour le groupe

Définir les nouveaux processus approvisionnement pour le group et ajuster les processus existants

Identifier les processus approvisionnement pouvant bénéficier de solutions IA pour leur simplification et automatisation, les prioriser et proposer des ajustements avec l’IA aux processus et outils priorisés

Assurer l’alignement de ces processus avec l’ensemble des processus liés des autres départements en coordination avec les équipes et référents métiers concernés, cela inclut l’analyse des impacts sur ces processus et la définition puis réalisation des plans d’actions associés

Rédiger les besoins métiers à l’intention des équipes VeepeeTech

Assurer le suivi des développements et tests effectués par les équipes Tech

Réaliser les tests métiers des processus et outils

Documenter les processus et outils (cartographie des processus, procédures, modes opératoires, etc.)

Déployer les processus et outils auprés de l’ensemble des équipes approvisionnement du groupe

Assurer la gestion du changement auprès des équipes approvisionnement durant l’ensemble des étapes

Mission 2 - Support des équipes approvisionnement sur l’ensemble des processus groupe et amélioration continue des processus existants

Maintenir à jour la documentation des processus approvisionnement groupe

Former les nouveaux coordinateurs approvisionnement aux processus groupe et assurer des rappels de formation aux coordinateurs déjà présents lorsque nécessaire

Adresser et suivre les alertes remontées par les outils suite à des changements de données amont afin d’assurer la cohérence des données transactionnelles approvisionnement

Assurer le support des équipes approvisionnement du groupe sur les processus et outils groupe

Mettre en place des KPIs permettant de suivre la bonne exécution des processus et identifier les besoins d’amélioration

Identifier les besoins d’amélioration des processus et outils via le suivi des KPIs, les principaux besoins de support et les benchmarks ou bonnes pratiques externes puis les prioriser et les implémenter

Mission 3 - Participation à la définition puis mise en oeuvre du plan stratégique du groupe pour la fonction approvisionnement

Contribuer à la réalisation d’un état de lieux internes (analyse de performance, benchmarks, etc.)

Participer à l’élaboration de la vision stratégique et l'identification des objectifs prioritaires puis à leur déclinaison en projets ou initiatives stratégiques pour la fonction approvisionnement

Contribuer à vérifier l’alignement de la vision stratégique de la fonction avec celle du groupe et des autres fonctions

Today we're looking for a fullstack engineer who will join our Brand Payment team which operates within the Operation domain and Corporate Services tribe (Finance & HR). The aim of the product is to provide a centralized platform for gathering, managing, and sharing B2B financial data to SAP S/4Hana cloud. You will be also close to our business to improve our B2B financial cockpit and involve in future improvements following some European law changes.

🎯 TASKS

Develop new and redesign existing features of our products

Suggest interfaces and other possible improvements that might be done

Keep the code clean and review your team members’ designs if needed

Ensure the reliability and scalability of developed applications

Respect the production deadlines

Maintain proxy code that interacts with third parties software like : Flexicapture/OCR, Ivalua, etc…

Write technical documentation

Provide level 2 support when needed

👉 MUST HAVE skills

5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer

Proficiency in F# programming language and the .NET framework

Experience with functional programming concepts

Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ message brockers

Understanding of .NET ecosystem and interoperability with F# and C#

Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript and Angular

SQL (Postgresql) databases

Git and CI/CD

Experience with REST Apis

You are familiar with cloud programming tools and willing to extend your knowledge

Today we're looking for an Android Developer who will join the Core Team.

As an Android developer directly integrated into one of our products, you will be a part of a distributed, fully agile team of 8-10 engineers, you will support and improve the quality of the Android application, create tools for other developers, work on security, performance, and stability, and you will contribute to the Android community.

🎯 TASKS

Developing new features according to designs and requirements. That includes every step from designing code architecture, through implementing business logic and UI, to writing automated tests, and deploying changes to production.

Developing internal tools - automation tools, design system components, internal libraries.

Participating in code reviews, pair programming sessions, release trains, and other development rituals.

Leading them from time to time.

Responding to production incidents in your own scope.

Exploring new solutions, libraries, and services. That includes writing summaries for others to help them make better decisions.
