TripleLift is seeking a hunter-minded demand seller to join our sales team as a Sales Director. This senior-level role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities while deepening relationships across key agency accounts. The ideal candidate is based in the Detroit area and has a strong track record of success within the advertising ecosystem.
This role requires a balance of building and nurturing key client relationships, maintaining a healthy schedule of meetings in Salesforce, and diligent pipeline management. For a Supply-Side Platform (SSP), this means influencing deals where an advertiser, an agency, a DSP, or a publisher chooses to favor us based on the quality of our formats, campaign performance, technology, and service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities with a focus on Automotive, agency and client accounts.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers. Understand their needs and strategically position our full suite of programmatic offerings (Native, CTV, Retail Media, OLV, and Data solutions).
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce to ensure a clear overview of your business.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to your sales plan.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform our business strategy.
- Utilize a solution-selling philosophy by listening to key business requirements, and selling through TL's solutions that meet the client’s needs.
- Assess potential business deals, through RFP responses and pursue proactive opportunities via strategic partnerships
- Network at industry-relevant functions to increase TripleLift’s visibility and connect with new clients.
- Effectively forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
- Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and the status of prospective projects
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build and grow agency partnerships at all levels, from planners to executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and general sales process, with experience selling cross-format solutions.
- Highly motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push expectations.

- Superior analytical skills and a strong grasp of customer needs.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments.
US Jobs: The below range represents the potential on target earnings for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance. This range includes both base and potential variable compensation and is not guaranteed.
The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Overview
TripleLift is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Campaign Manager to support the activation and ongoing success of our advertiser partners. As part of our Demand team, you’ll serve as the primary technical operational contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are set up correctly, tags are QA’d, performance is monitored, and issues are resolved quickly.
This role is client-facing, requiring a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with advertisers, agencies, and trading desks to troubleshoot issues, validate campaign details, and deliver seamless activations that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with their operational & technical teams.
- Provide consultative activation support for advertiser and agency partners for all Triplelift formats across all integrated DSPs.
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure successful delivery and proactively flag risks or opportunities for optimization & upsells.
- Ownership of campaign specific end-to-end troubleshooting of campaign issues, including performance, delivery, pacing, and tracking.
- Act as the first line of support for technical, operational, and product-related client questions.
- Internally partner with product & engineering teams to provide client feedback that will drive prioritization of Triplelift’s product roadmap.
- Be the technical & operational stakeholder for Demand QBRs,being comfortable presenting and speaking to data, technical and functionality related questions from advertisers.
- Become a Triplelift expert who can consult and educate clients on Triplelift’s products and external facing tools, inclusive of providing tooling demos, new product updates and best practices.
- Utilize excel and other advanced analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to analyze large sets of data and create actionable insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or programmatic trading (SSP, DSP, Exchange, or agency-side).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot campaign delivery and technical issues.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with trafficking, QA, or reporting tools a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, tracking solutions).
Highly organized and process-driven with a bias toward execution and accountability.

Overview
The Account Manager, Publisher Client Services is responsible for driving publisher performance, revenue growth, and overall account success across a defined portfolio of supply partners. This role serves as a primary point of contact for publishers, building trusted relationships while delivering strategic guidance and data-driven recommendations that unlock monetization opportunities and maximize long-term value.
The Account Manager, Publisher Client Services plays a critical role in translating publisher objectives into actionable strategies, ensuring seamless execution from onboarding through optimization and growth. Working cross-functionally with Technical Operations, Product, and Supply teams, this individual helps ensure integrations run smoothly, performance goals are met, and marketplace quality remains strong. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to directly impact revenue and publisher satisfaction through thoughtful account stewardship and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of publisher accounts, ensuring revenue growth and retention
- Understand publisher business objectives and provide consultative, data-driven recommendations
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Technical Operations and Product to resolve issues and improve performance
- Support onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, pacing, and overall account health
- Contribute market and client insights to inform product enhancements and operational improvements
- Participate in QBRs and present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher account management
- Understanding of publisher monetization strategies and the programmatic ecosystem
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
