About the Role:

You act as a System Architect for the fraud domain, connecting the dots between Research, Data Science, and Analytics. As the AI Backend engineer  at Transmit Security, you will join a team of highly skilled machine learning engineers in developing and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions that power our identity and security products. You’ll utilize technical skills to drive innovation, ensure delivery of high-impact projects, and scale our data-driven capabilities across the organization.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise. You’ll be responsible for shaping the data science roadmap, mentoring a growing team, and collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical machine learning solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for AI agents and tool integrations using latest technologies
• Build scalable APIs and microservices that interface with LLMs and AI frameworks
• Implement agent orchestration systems, tool calling mechanisms, and workflow engines
• Optimize performance and reliability of AI-powered applications at scale
• Develop data pipelines for training, evaluation, and monitoring of AI systems
• Integrate with various LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and manage API interactions

What you’ll need:

• Excellent coding skills in Python/TypeScript, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience building reliable backend services, agents and tooling. Familiarity with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) is a strong advantage.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining production systems that integrate ML components, including APIs, microservices, model serving layers, feature pipelines, monitoring, and CI/CD/MLOps workflows.
• Solid experience with AI related contexts Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques, RAG architecture
• Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts, performance optimization, observability, and operating services at scale.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical, product, and business perspectives.
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or identity management is a plus, especially with secure system architectures or ML-augmented decisioning systems.

About the Role:

As a Devops engineer you will be a part of  a team that serves one of our products and play a critical role in designing, building and maintaining our whole devops stack - from code to production and ensuring that we will have a state of the art system.

What you’ll do:

1. Be a part of a team of 3 devops engineers
2. Work closely with our R&D groups and teams including developers, data teams and architects
3. Work both on infrastructure and on CI/CD areas
4. Work on our devops stack such as Grafana, ArgoCD , P8s , Git, etc

What you’ll need:

1. At least 5 years of Devops experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure as code - GCP or AWS.
3. At least 4 years of experience with K8s and its eco-system
4. At least 2 years of experience in production
5. Good familiarity with devops patterns and methodologies such as gitops ,helm ,deployment patterns, CI/CD patterns and implementation.
6. Experience with Google data products such as BigQuery, BigTables, CloudSQL, Cloud Spanner
7. Experience with machine learning serving platforms such as Ray, Vertex - Big Advantage
8. Network concepts and WAF experience.
9. Cloudflare - Big advantage

About the Role:

As a DevSecOps engineer you will be a part of our DevOps group and play a critical role in designing and implementing application and infrastructure security programs that will make sure that our systems continue to be secure and compliant with our clients’ high bar.

You will work closely with developers and DevOps engineers to help identify and remediate application and infrastructure security issues.

What you’ll do:

• Implement an application security program
• Design and implement security automation and controls within CI/CD pipelines utilizing SAST, DAST and SCA tools
• Collaborate on architecture reviews, threat modeling, and developer security training sessions to elevate AppSec maturity
• Implement an infrastructure security program
• Integrate and implement CSPM controls within a high scale cloud environment.
• Own strategy for security in IAM, secret management and similar security-critical components
• Own security training and review for DevOps teams.
• Orchestrate execution of penetration testing on infrastructure and application and a bug bounty program
• Own compliance processes within DevOps
• Build and continuously improve SOC2 compliance processes and audit readiness tooling
• Lead technical responses for internal and external audits, working closely with GRC, engineering, and cloud teams to resolve gaps and strengthen security posture.​

What you’ll need:

1. At least 3 years of experience in Application Security and Infrastructure Security in a SaaS company operating in a highly regulated market (finance, healthcare, crypto, security)
2. Experience managing SoC2 or ISO 27001 certifications.
3. Strong software development capabilities and application security knowledge.
4. Strong expertise in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure security best practices.​
5. Hands-on work with CI/CD, IAC, artifact repositories and related technologies (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, JFrog, Terraform, CloudFormation)
6. Hands-on work with CSPM,  SCA, SAST, secret scanning and similar tools (ORCA, Veracode, …)
7. Hands-on work with building automations and integrations around security tools.
8. Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks and 24x7 cloud security operations in regulated environments.​
