About the Role:

The IT Specialist is responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing end user issues pertaining to their daily job duties. Managing and resolving service request tickets on a daily basis. This individual is responsible for providing high quality technical assistance and support related to the company’s computer systems, software, and hardware. This position is directly responsible for interaction with end users and their machines on a daily basis.

What you’ll do:

• Assisting employees (end users) with the MacOS desktop systems
• Strong knowledge of Windows / macOS environments
• Initial IT orientation of new employees during their “sign-in” process
• Providing computer support services for software and hardware within established company standards and guidelines
• Testing of computers to ensure all computer systems are functioning properly
• Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems
• Communicating effectively with the individual end users on issues that pertain to their machines
• Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems , including offering recommendations on upgrades on an as-needed basis
• Assistance in implementing IT related company initiatives as provided by IT leadership
• Maintaining computer peripheral devices such as printers and scanners and solving the related issues pertaining to these devices
• Responsible for delivering, tracking, and recording the assignments of hardware to new employees
• Training end users and orienting them on how to use the MacOS hardware and software on an entry level basis
• Responsible for understanding the network topology to assist the Network Technician and Systems Administrator during outages
• Deep understanding of SaaS services and their operations 
• Experience and understanding of SSO, SAML, OpenID Connect Protocols
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees

What you’ll need:

• Professional certification macOS Support Essentials or proven macOS experience 
• SaaS Systems Administration (MDM, GSuite, Slack, SalesForce, Zoom, ..., etc)
• Network Administration multiple floors: WiFi, LAN, Fortigate Firewall, ...
• Well organized IT Assets manager 
• Another Professional certification (e.g. CCNS, CISSP, MCSE) is an advantage
• Customer service background or experience required
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment is strongly recommended
• 3+years experience in a Help Desk or Support role required
• High level English

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our enterprise security infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing our security stack to protect the organization against evolving cyber threats. You will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network, endpoints, cloud services, and email communications.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including policy configuration, VPN setup, traffic monitoring, and firmware updates to ensure robust network perimeter security, Hands-on experience with next-generation firewalls, preferably FortiGate
• Administer Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networking infrastructure, including security appliances, access points, and network segmentation policies
• Oversee Netskope CASB and SASE solutions to enforce cloud security policies, manage data loss prevention (DLP), and ensure secure access to cloud applications
• Monitor and respond to security incidents using CrowdStrike EDR, including threat hunting, investigation, containment, and remediation of endpoint threats
• Manage Abnormal Security platform to detect and respond to advanced email threats, including business email compromise (BEC), phishing, and account takeover attacks
• Administer Kandji MDM solution for Apple device management, ensuring endpoint compliance, software deployment, and security policy enforcement across the Mac and iOS fleet
• Secure and manage Google Workspace environment, including user access controls, security configurations, and audit log monitoring
• Develop and maintain security documentation, playbooks, and incident response procedures
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps / R&D  teams to implement security best practices across the organization
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk analyses
• Stay current with emerging threats and security trends to continuously improve the organization's security posture
• Experience managing cloud-based networking solutions such as Cisco Meraki

The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in security principles and practical experience with the tools listed below.

• 3+ years of experience in a security engineering or similar role
• Knowledge of network protocols, VPNs, and firewall rule management
• Experience with incident response and threat investigation

About the Role

We're looking for an AI and Automation Engineer to join our Automation team and help build the internal tools, AI agents and automation systems that power how Transmit Security operates.

This role combines hands-on engineering with impactful product development. The work is split between writing code (TypeScript, React, Python) and designing and implementing automation workflows using low-code platforms.

You'll take part in building intuitive internal web applications that teams enjoy using, developing AI-driven solutions that streamline repetitive processes, creating insightful dashboards to support decision-making, and integrating systems that help the business run smoothly and efficiently.

You'll work alongside our Tech Lead and a US-based IT Automation Engineer, contributing across the full spectrum from designing React-based internal tools to building RAG pipelines to orchestrating multi-step business workflows.

What You'll Do

• Design and build internal web applications using TypeScript and React that serve teams across the organization.
• Create intuitive interfaces that make AI capabilities and automation outputs accessible to non-technical users.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines — including document processing, embedding, vector storage, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Work with LLM APIs (Claude API, OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, Vertex) and implement prompt engineering patterns (tool/function calling, structured outputs, few-shot) with proBuild connectors, APIs, and data flows that keep systems in sync and processes running smoothly.
• Work with data from across the business to support decision-making.
• Design and maintain automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (Workato).
• Integrate AI solutions into core business tools — Slack, Jira, Salesforce etc.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of coding experience, with strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
• Experience building web applications with React (or similar modern frontend frameworks).
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI application patterns — RAG, tool use, function calling, prompt engineering.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS (or GCP) cloud services, including AWS Bedrock (or Vertex).
• Comfortable with databases (SQL / NoSQL) for data shaping, analysis, and powering application logic.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.
