PRODUCTION SCHEDULING SUPERVISOR:

The Production Scheduling team is responsible for developing, monitoring, and fulfilling a Master Schedule to meet production part demands. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Scheduling Supervisor to lead a team of Production Coordinators responsible for the accurate staging, allocation, and packing of aviation hardware kits for customer delivery. This role serves as a critical liaison between Account Managers, Production, Material Management, and Logistics teams to ensure customer demands are met on time. The ideal candidate excels at driving quick escalations, maintaining strong cross-functional communication, and optimizing kit fulfillment processes in a fast-paced aviation production environment. This role allows for direct impact to production success and opportunities to engage with all aspects of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Production Coordinators, including performance management, training, and daily guidance.
• Oversee the end-to-end staging, work allocation, kitting, and packing of aviation hardware kits to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as a liaison between Account Managers, Production, Material Management, and Logistics teams to align priorities and quickly resolve issues.
• Ensure work is correctly allocated and kits are packed according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Drive rapid identification and escalation of blockers, material shortages, or production delays to prevent impact on customer delivery dates.
• Monitor key performance metrics including on-time kit completion, packing accuracy, staging efficiency, and customer fulfillment rates.
• Collaborate with Material Management and Logistics to maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Continuously improve staging and packing processes, tools, and workflows to increase speed and reduce errors.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders on kit readiness and potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements, safety standards, company policies, and export control regulations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree; OR 4+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations.
• 2+ years of working hands-on with safety-critical systems, mechanical assemblies, or heavy equipment.
• Experience with medium to high volume manufacturing.
• Experience with kit staging, packing, and outbound logistics processes.
• Professional experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and similar scheduling software.

SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER, (STARLINK AVIATION)

The Starlink Aviation team is developing in flight connectivity solutions for aircrafts that connect to the Starlink constellation and provide an amazing customer experience in flight. As a member of the Starlink Supply Chain Planning team you will support an elite group of engineers and supply chain professionals to establish and maintain the signals that drive the business and enable growth of the Starlink Aviation sector of SpaceX. Our team moves quickly and you must too. 

This position requires the ability to work with strategy, buyers, engineering, finance, and legal teams, as well as third-parties such as partners and suppliers. The role demands strong quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accuracy and audit bill of materials (BOM) in material requirements planning (MRP) systems in preparation for satellite and subassembly rate production
• Establish and manage inventory level targets, review line of balances, align demand supply signals and allocations, maintain product master data, and develop expertise in SpaceX software, systems, and reporting tools
• Identify and mitigate risk to ensure continuity of supply chain by constructing and executing a supply plan that meets quality standards and production deadlines
• Develop an expertise in MRP and triage the signals and understand the matrix to apply your knowledge and educate the teams we support in the proper use of MRP and its benefit to the business
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality organizations to determine change cut in and reduce obsolescence of material and eliminate/reduce quality issues
• Partner with internal stakeholders on implementing advanced supply chain strategies for risk mitigations, such as long-term purchases and strategic safety stock
• Proactively manage inventory and prevent stock outs while optimizing the utilization of SpaceX working capital
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve mission success
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, government regulations, and laws
• Proactively update SpaceX leadership and engineering teams on all critical supply issues

INVENTORY CONTROL ANALYST (STARLINK)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze inventory location reports to improve data integrity with negative inventory, duplicate locations, unavailable locations and inaccurate inventory quantities
• Effectively use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to control inventory
• Pick, lift, organize, and move standard hardware, raw material, purchased parts, machined details, and assemblies to support inventory control for satellite production
• Work with inventory supervisors and specialists to identify and solve process inefficiencies and operational roadblocks
• Work closely with our operations engineering team to support maintenance of dashboards, metrics, and material-flow logic within our ERP system

• Design, procure and perform mechanical and electrical assembly, activation of mission-specific development and continuous-integration test systems for all of Starlink aviation platforms

MECHANICAL ENGINEER – PRECISION MACHINING (STARLINK)

As a Mechanical Engineer at Starlink you will have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge, experience and creativity to develop novel solutions at the cutting edge of space technology. In this role you will be responsible for the manufacturing and quality systems surrounding tight tolerance machined hardware for the satellite RF systems. You will need to develop innovative manufacturing solutions to drive quality, takt time, and yield improvements on challenging timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own product success for precision machined parts with single-digit micron tolerances
• Interface with design engineers and machinists to implement DFM feedback on new and current hardware iterations
• Aggressively implement process improvements to production processes to improve quality and throughput
• Create capital and facility justifications for large projects and process improvements. Own these projects through implementation and activation
• Own and develop quality plans for hardware covering dimensional inspection and functional testing
• Design and fabricate tooling for machining, assembly, and inspection stations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, physics or other engineering discipline
• 1+ years of engineering design experience (internships, student projects, extracurricular project experience, and professional experience qualify)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble, activate, and integrate mechanical and electrical systems for mission-specific development and continuous-integration testing across all Starlink aviation platforms.
• Install and repair Starlink products for enterprise aviation systems, adhering to strict FAA, Warp, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues in real-time and provide feedback to prevent recurring problems.
• Conduct, collect, and report data from various tests, including vibration, shock, thermal, RF, load, and other evaluations required for FAA certification.
• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ year of experience in a hands-on environment using hand tools (e.g., Screwdriver, Ratchet, Allen Keys, Torque Wrench, Pliers, Multimeters etc.).
• 1+ year of experience performing electrical or mechanical installations and/or assembly.

• 1+ year of experience fixing, installing, or building aircraft hardware.

FACILITIES TECHNICIAN (STARLINK)

The Facilities Technician position will provide maintenance, support, coordination, repair, and general facilities services to our Starlink facilities in Woodinville. You will operate as a point of contact for general maintenance vendors and tradesmen across the campus while working in collaboration with the facilities management team and will oversee and execute on service requests, preventative maintenance, external vendor scheduling, and coordination of access to campus buildings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including non-technical troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC/R, carpentry, and other facilities systems

EMC/EMI TEST SPECIALIST (STARLINK AVIATION)

Starlink is SpaceX’s ambitious program to bring high-quality internet to the globe by building a constellation of thousands of satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO), which we have launched on our Falcon 9 reusable rockets over the past years. The Starlink Aviation team is developing mobility solutions for aircraft that will connect to the Starlink constellation and provide an amazing customer experience in-flight.

As an EMI/EMC test specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring hardware performance of the Starlink equipment on board a variety of aircraft and mobile systems. You will perform exhaustive testing at the unit, subsystem, and system levels, with extensive opportunity to interact with a vast array of aircraft systems, avionics equipment, and ground support electronics. INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (STARLINK) - 2ND SHIFT - LEVEL 4/5

The Industrial Maintenance Technician at SpaceX works in a fast-paced environment that will oversee the installation and maintenance of our heavy industrial equipment such as cranes, compressed air systems, and overhead doors by third-party contractors to support the production of Starlink. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment as well as installing new equipment, performing regular services, performing maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will use all the tools at your disposal to ensure reliability of the industrial equipment and any associated support equipment. This will involve corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance techniques, as well as operational and design feedback for maintaining and improving all systems at Starlink facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and work instructions 
• Install new production support equipment, ground support equipment, and/or launch support equipment

SHIPPING SPECIALIST

As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for the expedient movement of designated items needed to support production, test, and launch operations. As a Shipping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and processing shipments, coordinating logistics, packaging, exception management, risk mitigation and maintaining and complying with global trade regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process outbound material through ERP system, partnering with appropriate departments to ensure quality and quantity of material is delivered to vendors, staged for shipping and or transferred between SpaceX locations
• Properly package and manifest parcel, LTL, and large freight as required to ensure product integrity throughout the transportation cycle to intended destination
• Manifest consignments with information provided by requestor and schedule movements accordingly based on delivery demand (FedEx, UPS, DHL, 3PL vendors, expedite courier services, etc.), ensuring that each package has the correct information and configuration to guarantee intended delivery conditions

The Starlink Aviation team is developing in flight connectivity solutions for aircraft that connect to the Starlink constellation and provide an amazing customer experience in flight. As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain for Starlink products across a variety of airframes and enterprise platforms. To capitalize on SpaceX’s technological and market changing successes, our team is managing an agile yet robust supply chain that will enable a competitive advantage for the company. This role is responsible for completing put-aways for inbound material, picking products for production, filling the lineside build locations with materials, putting finished goods into inventory, picking finished goods for customer orders, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

PRECISION INSPECTOR (STARLINK AVIATION) 

SpaceX is developing a low latency, broadband internet system to meet the needs of consumers across the globe. QUALITY SYSTEMS ENGINEER (STARLINK AVIATION)

Starlink is SpaceX’s ambitious program to bring high quality internet to the globe by building a constellation of thousands of satellites in low earth orbit (LEO) which we launched on our Falcon 9 reusable rockets earlier this year. We are developing millions of devices for end users to link our customers to our satellites.

SUPPLY CHAIN ENGINEER (STARLINK AVIATION)

SpaceX demands a new type of supply chain. We require our suppliers to provide premium quality with rapidly evolving designs at increasingly ambitious volumes. The Production Coordinator plays a vital role within SpaceX’s manufacturing and production teams. The Starlink Enterprise Account Management team serves as the point of contact for Starlink’s growing aviation customers from contract signature, through successful activation, ensuring all contract terms are fulfilled.  

This is an individual contributor role that will manage large, complex aviation agreements. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a passion for making customers deliriously happy, blazing new trails for Starlink enterprise customers, and realizing/growing revenue. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the primary point of contact for assigned customers or verticals, to resolve issues, negotiate requirements, coordinate technical and contractual changes, and maintain positive relationships
• As an extreme owner of assigned accounts, identify and successfully communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule
• Utilize technical expertise and industry knowledge to guide customers in achieving high levels of performance in the operation and maintenance of the Starlink system by monitoring, investigating performance, developing, and implementing corrective actions
• Serve as a customer advocate; maintain a positive attitude in a crisis environment, and must have the ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Helps implement airline and aircraft entry into service and growth plans.  Providing training and guidance on issues related to operations, sales, installations, maintenance, reporting, and reliability
• Identify, design, and lead implementation of system enhancements and automations to improve the internal and external systems and process interfaces
• Represent Starlink throughout the assigned region by traveling to our partners' offices, regional conferences, and events as required
• Support and develop a proposal to align new efforts with long-term strategic vision and engineering objectives, and to ensure contract requirements are executable

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 6+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience
• 6+ years of professional experience in business development, aviation operations, engineering, or account management
• 6+ years working with customers to support a technical product or service 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to interact with all levels within airline management on technical and account management issues
• Significant knowledge or experience in commercial and/or business aviation, satellite communications, and program or account management
• Experience working with the FAA, EASA, or other aerospace regulatory bodies
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering under tight deadlines and resource constraints
• Experience building long-term and successful customer relationships demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills
• Ability to synthesize multiple unique requirements and suggest smart solutions, products, or features
• Track record of demonstrating sound business judgment, evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations that were adopted and ultimately successful
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and present professional presentations at all levels
• Ability to manage execution of significant or complex contracts, including initial intake, renegotiation of terms, and schedules.  Especially after a contract is signed 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shifts
• Must be willing to travel to other SpaceX offices and customer locations as needed (up to 40%)

Pay range:

Enterprise Account Manager/Senior: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00/per year

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

STARLINK ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT LEAD (AVIATION)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary point of contact for one or multiple customer segments within the Aviation vertical, owning responsibilities from contract signature onwards including onboarding, various account management tasks, and supporting efforts for long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue. In particular, this role is focused on:
• Delivering impeccable customer service to the enterprise team and customers in the Aviation vertical, including efficient acknowledgement and resolution of issues
• Building relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
• Collecting, communicating and championing customer feedback internally to influence and steer programmatic and technical development required to maintain and grow our enterprise business
• Retaining and growing the value of Aviation accounts in both hardware and service revenue
• Act as an extreme owner of assigned accounts to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule, identifying and successfully communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules and risks
• Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across various cross-functional teams, evolve the customer experience, or scale the business while balancing resources and headcount

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 2+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of consulting or project management experience
• 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
• Significant knowledge or experience in one of the following industries: aviation, airlines, enterprise sales, finance, reseller, maritime, aviation, satellite communications
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering under tight time and resource constraints
• Excellent problem-solving and sleuthing skills, going beyond just the apparent and available answer
• Significant technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications in at least one key area (e.g. satellites, ground network, user terminals, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to turn customer feedback into actionable, smart improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to craft and present professional presentations

ACCOUNT SPECIALIST, STARLINK ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT  (AVIATION)

Starlink is delivering high-speed, low-latency internet to the world’s most remote regions, and the Enterprise team is at the forefront of this mission.  

Our Enterprise team manages customer lifecycles from onboarding to growth. We're hiring an entry-level Account Specialist to handle high-volume orders, account setup, and operations for channel partner accounts. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Review and validate purchase orders and documents such as Purchase Orders, Letters of Authorizations, and Pricing for compliance
• Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures
• Apply pricing, discounts, and terms per the customer’s contracts
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support to process orders through activation
• Track order timelines and flag risks to revenue and activation goals
• Maintain precise records in internal systems and trackers
• Spot friction points and suggest scalable process and system improvements
• Ensure accounts are activated and invoiced on forecasted schedules

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 2+ years of professional experience in operations, customer support, or process coordination  

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:  

• Strong attention to detail for process-driven work
• Skill interpreting contracts, pricing, and billing rules
