The Senior Technical Accounting Manager role is an individual contributor leadership role that will lead and drive technical accounting initiatives to ensure continued compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The role's responsibilities would include the following:

• Accounting policy alignment, documentation and maintenance

• Accounting treatment assessment and memorandum documentation & review

• New accounting standards adoption including ESG

• Coordination of "deals desk" to capture all unusual significant contracts subject to accounting treatment assessment

• Support M&A activity from technical accounting assessment perspective including review of contract drafts

The following qualifications, experience and personal attributes are required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field.

• Active CPA or equivalent license

• Manager level public accounting experience

• 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in Technical Accounting either with Big 4 technical accounting advisory or in practice

• Extensive experience in interpreting IFRS and USGAAP (and or UKGAAP) accounting standards and applying it to unique real-world business fact patterns

Role Overview: 

To support our peripherals expansion in the exciting area of PC and off-console gaming, we are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join us and help direct and grow our product portfolio in off-console gaming. 

The role will be working closely with the leadership teams across Channel Sales and Operations (CSO), alongside colleagues in Finance, Marketing, Product Development and territory sales teams. 

The successful candidate will work across the organisation using their experience in off-console peripherals to support the analysis and forecasting of new products through greenlight planning and into market execution, influencing the direction of PlayStations growth.

• Primary source of off-console peripherals forecasts within SIE. Including new product introductions.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to build AI-powered tools and integrations that plug directly into game engines, editors, clients, and backend services. You’ll deliver high-quality C++ integrations across proprietary studio engines, ship robust build/QA automation, and partner with multiple PlayStation Studios teams to make AI an everyday part of development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain engine/editor plugins, runtime SDKs, and services that integrate AI (LLMs and related systems) into game clients, servers, and build tools.
• Ship performant, memory-aware C++ by profiling, optimizing, and debugging across PC/console builds with tight frame budgets.
• Design stable API surfaces for game teams (C++/C API, gRPC/HTTP) with versioning, telemetry, and backward compatibility.
• Stand up CI/CD for game builds and tools (UBT or proprietary build systems; artifact packaging; nightly/regression suites; distributed/accelerated builds).
• Automate QA for tooling and in-engine features using engine test frameworks and headless runs, and wire results into CI and dashboards.
• Implement production LLM integrations (prompting, RAG/tool calls, guardrails/safety, observability, timeouts/retries, and cost controls).
• Collaborate with studio engineering, tech art, design, and QA to land integrations across varied codebases and pipelines.

Role overview:

The EMEA Payroll Analyst role is an operational role designed to provide leading payroll and vendor management services support to Sony Interactive Entertainment. This role is positioned within the People Experience team within HR. You will be responsible for working with external payroll vendor partnership(s), payroll operations and execution, and supporting the production of accurate and timely payroll results across EMEA.

What you’ll be doing:

Relationship Management:

• Provide exceptional experiences, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
• Liaise between outsource provider and functional staff to bring issues to resolution within provided service level agreements.
• Work closely with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Finance and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners regarding payroll policies, changes, and timelines.

Payroll Services:

• Working closely with the outsource payroll service provider to ensure delivery of the payroll processes and results 
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Review and validate payroll data and ensure timely submission to the payroll vendor, reviewing outputs in line with payroll calendars.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and the payroll vendor.
  • Collaborate with the vendor to resolve any payroll discrepancies and ensure alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop positive relationships with payroll vendors.
• Provide responsive, accurate, and timely resolution for common payroll queries.
• See opportunities for enhancing payroll processes and efficiencies in collaboration with the vendor.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures manual is kept up to date with current payroll service provider model practices and procedures.
• Liaise with vendor/3rd parties in relation to the processing of international assignees shadow payrolls and audit pay to ensure results agree with recommendations from mobility services.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience of in house and/or managed service payroll within a large, complex international organisation.
• Hands-on experience working with EMEA payrolls, with an understanding of country-specific legislation, compliance requirements, and operational nuances 
• Good technical knowledge of statutory payments, pension/auto-enrolment, manual calculations.
• Ability to input into and review change requests, collaborating across multiple teams and partners to obtain input.

Role overview:

This role acts as London-based business partner for Global Marketing responsible for marketing investments, merchandising revenue, supporting allocation decisions and managing the analysis of marketing spend and ROI. The role will be responsible for business partnering key stakeholders and budget holders in Global Marketing including the liaisons and local teams. 

What you'll be doing:

What we're looking for:

• At least 4 years relevant experience or 2 years PQE in a Commercial Finance (FP&A also preferable) and of working with commercial teams or business.

Role Overview: 

To support our peripherals expansion in the exciting area of PC and off-console gaming, we are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join us and help direct and grow our product portfolio in off-console gaming. 

The role will be working closely with the leadership teams across Channel Sales and Operations (CSO), alongside colleagues in Finance, Marketing, Product Development and territory sales teams. 

The successful candidate will work across the organisation using their experience in off-console peripherals to support the analysis and forecasting of new products through greenlight planning and into market execution, influencing the direction of PlayStations growth. 

What you'll be doing: 

• Primary source of off-console peripherals forecasts within SIE. Including new product introductions. 
• Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, regional expansion or channel development by providing market insights and modelling potential outcomes. 
• Alongside the Snr Analyst Peripherals for On-console, to work closely with Commercial Planning, Product Marketing and Finance to support Green Light (GLE) process. 
• Share best knowledge and support to territory teams in bringing new and existing peripherals to PC channels.

PSG seeks a Manager of Partner Sourcing to join our team. You will work with the Director of Partner Sourcing to deliver concierge services for SIE’s studio clients. Additionally, you will lead a team of Specialists providing support across the business and to vendor partners.

Your role includes managing concierge services and coordinating efforts among vendors, studio clients, and business partners in Information Security, IT, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Specialists – and ensure high touch, low friction concierge support to both development studio and internal business partners
