As part of GMSBO, the Executive Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) has a remit for supporting strategic initiatives to ensure coordinated action and execution. The core areas of focus are goals tracking, organisational alignment, knowledge management, process improvement, and initiative management. Further, the team coordinates and runs project plans for division activities related to bringing products to market in both new and known capacities and enable processes to create alignment and efficiency. 

The Process Optimisation team within the EPMO is seeking a team manager (Contracted) for maternity backfill in a role that combines strong manager expertise in roles of deep process analysis and change management capabilities to drive impactful, sustainable transformation across complex business and system environments.  

Operating within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this individual will engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on high-impact process redesign initiatives that demand discretion, analytical rigor, and strategic influence. 

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and develop a globally distributed Process Optimisation team, managing capability, performance, and growth across process mapping, redesign, change management, and continuous improvement disciplines. 
• Own team capacity planning and resource allocation, ensuring effective assignment of work across a portfolio of process optimisation initiatives aligned to business priorities. 
• Act as the primary EPMO point of contact for process optimisation demand intake, evaluation, prioritisation, and backlog management, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and portfolio needs.

• Partner with Strategic Portfolio Operations and EPMO leadership to ensure alignment between demand, prioritisation, and resource planning, contributing to overall portfolio transparency and effectiveness. 
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment, providing structured recommendations, and supporting complex decision-making across cross-functional teams.

Role overview:

The EMEA Payroll Analyst role is an operational role designed to provide leading payroll and vendor management services support to Sony Interactive Entertainment. This role is positioned within the People Experience team within HR. You will be responsible for working with external payroll vendor partnership(s), payroll operations and execution, and supporting the production of accurate and timely payroll results across EMEA.

What you’ll be doing:

Relationship Management:

• Provide exceptional experiences, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
• Liaise between outsource provider and functional staff to bring issues to resolution within provided service level agreements.

• Previous experience of in house and/or managed service payroll within a large, complex international organisation.

Role overview:

This role acts as London-based business partner for Global Marketing responsible for marketing investments, merchandising revenue, supporting allocation decisions and managing the analysis of marketing spend and ROI. The role will be responsible for business partnering key stakeholders and budget holders in Global Marketing including the liaisons and local teams.

• Support the Global Marketing team in budget planning discussions, assisting with analysis of marketing channels and contributing to scenario modelling to inform spend decisions.

As the Software Forecasting & Planning Finance Director will lead the Software Centre of Excellence/ Planning team. You will be accountable for Software forecast across PlayStation Global software business covering Digital and Physical sales for Third Party and First Party content.

The team works closely with the Direct to Consumer (D2C), Third Party and First Party teams to support the business with short- and long-term planning activities. It also collaborates with the ML/Data Science, Data & Analytics teams to ensure our forecasting models are robust and optimised.  Operating as a single global function, the role drives a unified forecasting approach, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning models, and will be responsible to continue to evolve the function focusing on automation and AI to ensure we are fit for the future.

What you will be doing

• Develop and evolve scalable forecasting frameworks, incorporating ML-driven models. Drives adoption and effectiveness of recently adopted ML models

PlayStation Studios’ Partner Sourcing Group delivers class-leading service, tools, process, and support to our development teams and provides internal coordination and cost efficiencies to the overall business. The PSG serves as the central force that aligns various business functions towards a unified objective: ensuring the swift and seamless onboarding of our partners.

PSG seeks a Manager of Partner Sourcing to join our team. You will work with the Director of Partner Sourcing to deliver concierge services for SIE’s studio clients. Additionally, you will lead a team of Specialists providing support across the business and to vendor partners.

Your role includes managing concierge services and coordinating efforts among vendors, studio clients, and business partners in Information Security, IT, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Specialists – and ensure high touch, low friction concierge support to both development studio and internal business partners

About the Role

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to build AI-powered tools and integrations that plug directly into game engines, editors, clients, and backend services. You’ll deliver high-quality C++ integrations across proprietary studio engines, ship robust build/QA automation, and partner with multiple PlayStation Studios teams to make AI an everyday part of development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain engine/editor plugins, runtime SDKs, and services that integrate AI (LLMs and related systems) into game clients, servers, and build tools.
• Ship performant, memory-aware C++ by profiling, optimizing, and debugging across PC/console builds with tight frame budgets.
• Design stable API surfaces for game teams (C++/C API, gRPC/HTTP) with versioning, telemetry, and backward compatibility.
• Stand up CI/CD for game builds and tools (UBT or proprietary build systems; artifact packaging; nightly/regression suites; distributed/accelerated builds).
• Automate QA for tooling and in-engine features using engine test frameworks and headless runs, and wire results into CI and dashboards.
• Implement production LLM integrations (prompting, RAG/tool calls, guardrails/safety, observability, timeouts/retries, and cost controls).
• Collaborate with studio engineering, tech art, design, and QA to land integrations across varied codebases and pipelines.
• Document patterns, provide sample projects, and deliver internal training so solutions scale across PlayStation Studios.
• Influence standards and tech choices for AI in our dev stack, and contribute to shared libraries and best practices.

Qualifications

• You have at least five years of experience building production software in modern C++ (C++17/20) with strong fundamentals in memory management, concurrency, performance, and debugging.
• You have shipped tools or runtime features in AAA engines, including work on plugins/modules, asset and build pipelines, and editor/runtime integration.
• You have delivered features or tooling that integrate with LLMs or other ML services, and you understand prompt design, evaluation, safety, and telemetry for production usage.
• You have implemented engine-level automated testing (functional and integration), including headless execution and CI gating.
• You work fluently with large code/asset repositories and are comfortable with both Perforce and Git.
• You communicate clearly across disciplines and translate diverse studio requirements into pragmatic, maintainable solutions.
• You write thorough documentation and favor well-tested, maintainable code.

Nice to Have
