As we continue scaling nationally, we’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing Operations team.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and love helping people — this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll sit at the centre of our maintenance and service operations - working closely with customers, installers, finance companies, and internal teams to keep jobs moving and issues resolved quickly.
From coordinating maintenance bookings and investigating complaints to supporting installer relationships and evaluating system performance, no two days look the same.
This role suits someone highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple moving parts at once.
Please note: This role is onsite Monday–Friday at our vibrant Byron Bay HQ located in the industrial estate.

As we continue to scale nationally, we’re looking for a commercially minded Credit Controller to strengthen our rebate recovery, optimise collections, and bring sharper visibility to our receivables performance.
This isn’t your standard collections role.
You’ll sit at the centre of Finance, Rebate Operations, and Sales, owning the end-to-end rebate lifecycle - from recovery and analysis through to process improvement and reporting.

Manage inbound enquiries from homeowners interested in solar and battery solutions
Conduct energy consultations (phone / virtual / in-home depending on territory)
Understand customer needs and present tailored electrification solutions
Guide customers confidently through the buying journey
Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline management
Work consistently towards individual sales targets and KPIs
Minimum 1- 2 years experience in a sales role (required)
Experience in BDM, telesales, energy sales, appointment-based selling highly regarded
Strong communication and relationship-building ability
Comfortable managing inbound opportunities and converting interest into outcomes
Target-driven mindset with strong earning motivation
Organised with good follow-up discipline and time management
Full working rights in Australia (Working Holiday Visa holders welcome)
