About the role:

This is a high-impact role responsible for leading and executing the President & CEO’s digital presence — spanning content strategy, influencer engagement, platform growth, and day-to-day voice across social, video, and emerging channels. The Director will drive the development of core storytelling products, including the organization’s podcast and YouTube ecosystem, and create rapid-response and in-the-field content that captures key political moments and translates them into compelling digital experiences. 

In this role, the Director will shape platform-native content, guide direct-to-camera video strategy, and identify opportunities across nontraditional and emerging media — from LinkedIn to podcasts and beyond — to expand reach and influence. They will also work in tandem with department leaders to identify and pitch progressive podcasts, and speaking and media opportunities that elevate the President’s voice and extend the organization’s reach.

The Director will ensure the President & CEO’s voice is clear, consistent, and dynamic across platforms, evolving to meet the moment while staying true to its core, and will help build storytelling that brings people into the fight — translating urgency into content that feels immediate, human, and actionable.

About the role:

The Talent Associate will provide the Equity, Culture and Talent department with operations and administrative support in partnership with department leaders to further the organizational mission. This role would work closely with all team members in the Department to ensure seamless, consistent, predictable and operations adhering to the high expectation of excellence. This role will serve as a key operational partner, specifically to the Talent team, enabling the team to drive sustainable efficiencies, strengthen documentation and redundancy, and enhance administrative and project support.

The Development Associate will serve as administrative support to the SVP of Development and the department at large. They will lead the design and execution of a comprehensive statewide organizing plan to engage and mobilize voters, directly manage and support Organizers across Pennsylvania, and collaborate with state and national leadership to strengthen organizing efforts, track progress through data systems, and ensure effective communication and alignment on key goals.

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced campaign organizer with at least 2 cycles of field and staff management experience, skilled in VAN, GSuite, and volunteer recruitment and training. Brings strong organizational and leadership abilities, a collaborative and goal-oriented work style, and a deep commitment to equity and cross-cultural awareness. Possesses extensive knowledge of the Pennsylvania organizing landscape and is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed to meet campaign goals.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing a field plan to target, engage, persuade and turn out voters;
• Collaborating with the Associate Director of State Campaigns and other key stakeholders to strengthen existing organizing efforts and recruit volunteers to Pennsylvania Action Councils;
• Supervising Organizers throughout Pennsylvania and ensuring program remains on track for success; including but not limited to 
• Building and mobilizing a state-wide pool of volunteers, members, and activists
• Growing our general organizing and political work to leverage political power as we confront historic threats to reproductive freedom
• Building systems to analyze data and regularly communicating key metrics to Organizing and Campaigns leadership; 
• Acting as a liaison between Organizers and Associate Director of State Campaigns to ensure timeliness on deliverables;
• Actively track progress to goals and organizational health, and work alongside the Associate Director of State Campaigns to grow programmatic organizing performance across the states;

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing a field plan to target, engage, persuade and turn out voters;
• Collaborating with the Associate Director of State Campaigns and other key stakeholders to strengthen existing organizing efforts and recruit volunteers to North Carolina Action Councils;
• Supervising Organizers throughout North Carolina and ensuring program remains on track for success; including but not limited to 
• Building and mobilizing a state-wide pool of volunteers, members, and activists
• Growing our general organizing and political work to leverage political power as we confront historic threats to reproductive freedom
• Building systems to analyze data and regularly communicating key metrics to Organizing and Campaigns leadership; 
• Acting as a liaison between Organizers and Associate Director of State Campaigns to ensure timeliness on deliverables;
• Actively track progress to goals and organizational health, and work alongside the Associate Director of State Campaigns to grow programmatic organizing performance across the states;

• Standard working hours generally fall on Monday through Friday, but flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends, especially closer to the election

Qualifications:

• 2+ cycles of campaign organizing experience, including at least 2 cycles of staff management experience
• Proficiency in VAN, GSuite, and relational texting platforms

By strengthening system performance and data quality, the Manager of Donor Data enables efficient operations, informed decision-making, and a seamless experience across fundraising and engagement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary development liaison to the data team; provide leadership and strong collaboration for the effective use and governance of the development departments use of the CRM;
• Lead CRM training and user-adoption initiatives for Development staff to ensure consistent, effective system use that produce successful outcomes;
• Maintain a comprehensive and accessible library of Development business rules to promote transparency, as well as ensure consistent understanding and application across the department;
• Support the data team's management of the CRM (objects, fields, automation, security, backups) as it pertains to donor information;
• Support the data team's management of integrations (payment gateways, website, events, matching‑gift vendors) and scheduled ETL jobs;
• Explore new APIs for the CRM and support the data team's integration;  
• Execute data-quality processes: deduplication, address standardization, merges, normalization, with the approval of the data team;

• Partner with the Individual Giving team to implement moves management systems in the database;

About the role:

In close collaboration with the Senior Director of National Organizing and senior leaders across the organization, the Deputy National Organizing Director for Training will set the vision for building and scaling training programs that touch multiple volunteer/member and staff audiences across Reproductive Freedom for All. Additionally, in close collaboration with senior directors across the organization, the Deputy National Organizing Director for Training is responsible for supporting the success of National and State Campaign programs via creating and implementing training curriculum design and implementation; from training and onboarding staff at various levels, to developing and executing training calendars across multiple volunteer audiences, to helping develop the curriculum for leadership and volunteer leader retreats. The Senior Director will lead department-wide efforts to evaluate and elevate staff and volunteer skills, building scalable systems that grow volunteer capacity and maximize voter contact. The Senior Director of National Organizing will also be responsible for mentoring, developing, and guiding staff that support training programs and initiatives;

The ideal candidate can analyze around and facilitate conversations on organizing skills and drive training that coaches towards performance across disciplines. They also have demonstrated senior-level experience as a trainer and organizer, with a proven track record of strategically designing, building, and scaling training inclusive programs within electoral and advocacy environments. They will be able to lead and facilitate high-impact staff and volunteer trainings—both in person and virtually—that center collaboration, inclusion, and Reproductive Freedom for All’s values, and inspire meaningful action and leadership among participants. Finally, they have proven success using adult learning principles to drive measurable outcomes within diverse audiences, including increased skill development, deeper volunteer engagement, sustained leadership participation, and strengthened commitment to campaigns or organizational goals. The Senior Director of National Organizing will develop and implement holistic training curriculums across multiple and diverse audiences. They will collaborate with senior leaders across the department to define and execute a vision for scalable training programs that drive skill development, alignment, and impact across volunteer/member and staff audiences organization-wide. • Design and deliver inspiring, high-quality training programs, across formats and scales, that equip staff and volunteer/member audiences with foundational and advanced organizing skills;
• Lead and expand cross departmental efforts to develop training content for capacity building skills and direct voter contact outreach; 
• Work collaboratively with leaders across the organization to design and lead scalable train-the-trainer programs that equip organizers and volunteers/members with the skills, confidence, and tools to lead trainings independently;
• In close collaboration with the Senior Director of National Organizing, set the vision and strategy for cross-organizational training by partnering with coalitions and allied organizations to align on best practices, shared priorities, and continuous improvement;
• Set and drive a department-wide onboarding strategy in close collaboration with State Campaigns, National Organizing, and Digital Organizing leadership, ensuring all new Organizers are equipped with the skills, tools, and expectations needed to deliver measurable impact;

About the Role:

Reproductive Freedom for All seeks a seasoned Independent Expenditure (IE) Director for a cycle-limited role. This position will lead the organization’s multi-state IE program to advance political and electoral goals, developing and executing a comprehensive paid communications and accountability strategy to elect reproductive freedom champions. The Director will manage multimillion-dollar budgets, direct message testing and creative development, coordinate closely with allies and IE tables, and ensure full compliance with FEC and state regulations. This role requires strong strategic judgment, experience running large-scale IE or campaign operations, and a deep commitment to advancing reproductive freedom, equity, and justice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Reproductive Freedom for All’s Independent Expenditure (IE) program to advance the organization’s political and electoral goals;
• Develop and execute a comprehensive independent expenditure strategy and corresponding tactics to elect reproductive freedom champions and hold opponents accountable;
• Manage the IE budgets, paid communications programs, and direct voter contact programs across multiple states;
• Manage IE staff and work directly with IE consultants, building an inclusive, high-performing team that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve;
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set the overall vision, goals, metrics, and timelines for IE activity that align with organizational priorities and values, as legally permissible;
• Manage the development and implementation of message and ad testing, polling, and creative content to ensure that paid communications are evidence-backed, effective, inclusive, and grounded in our mission;
• In coordination with the Data & Analytics department, drive electoral targeting and direct voter contact experimentation and programming;  
• Serve as the staff lead on independent expenditure side coordination with allied organizations, coalitions, and IE tables, representing Reproductive Freedom for All as a trusted and strategic partner;
• Track all tactics, products, and testing for use by relevant departments, as legally permissible;
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure all IE activities meet applicable FEC and state-level requirements and reporting standards;
• Partner with staff on the independent expenditure side of the Communications team to ensure message alignment and consistency across IE programs, earned media, and candidate engagement efforts;
• Collaborate with the Development team to brief donors and partners on IE strategy, impact, and outcomes, including preparation of materials for reports and proposals, as legally permissible;
• Regularly brief senior leadership and the Board on IE performance, strategy, and evolving political dynamics within FEC and state compliance guidelines both verbally and written;
• Increase Reproductive Freedom for All’s visibility and influence in national and state-level electoral work, including serving as an organizational spokesperson upon request;
• Prepare an end of cycle report that includes overarching strategy, tactics, testing and polling, and other relevant information; and
