What You Get to Do
(L1–L5 responsibilities increase with skill and experience)
Perform basic MIG and stick welds in flat and horizontal positions under supervision.
Assist with setting up and operating welding machines, fixtures, and fabrication tools.
Support layout, fit-up, and tack welding using basic shop drawings and weld symbols.
Help prep and align pipe, tube, and structural materials; observe stainless steel processes.
Participate in visual weld inspections and learn to identify common weld defects.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment in accordance with OSHA, 5S, and company safety procedures.
Collaborate with fabricators, machinists, engineers, and project teams on diverse work.
Progress to more advanced welding (vertical, overhead, TIG, stainless, pressure, etc.) as you move up levels.

Compensation Range: Hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $27.00 to $55.00 based on education and years of experience. This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.

We are seeking a Construction Manager to own the end-to-end execution of projects involving industrial facility construction and equipment assembly. This is a hands-on, field-facing leadership role where you will drive projects from estimating and planning through execution and closeout.
You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, fabrication, and field operations, leading skilled trades and subcontractors to deliver high-quality installations across industries such as energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in multifaceted environments, takes ownership, and enjoys building structure while solving complex field challenges.
Lead multiple industrial construction and equipment installation projects from concept through completion
Own project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Develop estimates, proposals, and workload plans; support project award and execution tracking
Provide hands-on leadership across mechanical and electrical installations, including:
Rigging, setting, and alignment
Piping and mechanical systems
Electrical connections and system integration
Coordinate daily activities of internal crews, subcontractors, and fabrication teams
Partner with engineers, fabrication teams, clients, and field personnel to ensure seamless execution
Communicate effectively across all levels—from shop floor to executive stakeholders
Develop and manage construction work plans, schedules, budgets, and labor resources
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project and ERP systems to track progress and performance
Champion a strong safety-first culture across all sites
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including JHAs, LOTO, and PPE requirements
Lead safety meetings, hazard assessments, and proactive risk mitigation
Apply lean construction principles to improve workflow, eliminate waste, and enhance field execution
Identify risks early and drive practical, real-time problem solving
5–10+ years in construction management, field supervision, or industrial project execution
Strong experience in mechanical and electrical equipment installation environments
Background working with skilled trades (millwrights, electricians, pipefitters, welders, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, Electrical schematics and Construction documents
Experience with industrial or regulated environments (manufacturing, energy, chemical, pharma)
Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Equivalent hands-on field experience will be considered

Acting as an expert in industrial process system design, the Senior Process & Mechanical Designer focuses on skid-based and containerized systems. This position handles complex, unclear, and high-risk technical and design challenges. It establishes design methods from concept through detailed development and influences technical choices across projects using sound judgment. The designer develops requirements documents and builds 3D models and 2D drawings. They conduct simulations and analyses related to components and systems. They support fabrication teams and lead reviews for internal teams and clients. They mentor designers and engineers at all levels, set standards, and guide leadership in prioritizing and implementing improvement initiatives. The role involves participating in internal and client meetings and leading proposals and cost estimates. You will collaborate with mechanical, structural, electrical, controls, fabrication, and on-site service groups.
Lead Technical Design
Serve as a subject matter expert in process and mechanical system design for skid-based and modular systems. Drive designs from concept through release, solve complex technical challenges, and create key deliverables including P&IDs, equipment layouts, and piping drawings.
Deliver Projects
Collaborate with project managers and engineering leads to complete projects optimally. Lead design reviews, support fabrication teams, contribute to proposals and estimates, and ensure designs meet schedule, budget, and performance goals.
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with mechanical, structural, electrical, controls, fabrication, and field service teams. Engage directly with clients to present designs, gather requirements, and resolve technical challenges.
Mentor and Develop Talent
Guide designers and engineers at all levels. Establish and promote design standards, ensure alignment to engineering best practices, and help build a high-performing technical organization.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Lead initiatives to enhance design processes, tools, and workflows. Champion standardization and efficiency improvements while influencing strategic decisions that advance design capabilities and innovation.

What you will do
(Responsibilities increase as you progress from L1 to L5)
Install machinery and equipment using layout plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Dismantle, move, assemble, and install machinery using hoists, dollies, lifts, rollers, and rigging equipment.
Precisely align machinery (shafts, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, mechanical systems) using micrometers, squares, optical alignment tools, plumb bobs, rules, and other precision instruments.
Bolt, weld, rivet, and fasten components to foundations or supporting structures.
Operate lathes, mills, and other shop machining equipment as needed.
Perform rigging and crane work safely and efficiently; advanced rigging is a plus.
Assist in mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance activities.
Maintain awareness of construction and industrial site hazards; follow OSHA and company safety standards.
Display a high level of craftsmanship and strong work ethic in all tasks.
What you will bring to the team
Physically capable of climbing, lifting heavy objects, working from heights, and entering confined spaces.
Ability to work in hot, cold, and outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
Ability to read and write in English and understand mechanical drawings.
Basic computer and communication skills.
Regular full-time availability, working a 40-hour day schedule.
Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as required.
Experience working as a millwright, mechanic, or industrial installer is helpful; advanced roles (L4–L5) require demonstrated mastery.
