Develop and execute global PR strategy: Craft a cohesive media and communications strategy that amplifies PayJoy’s mission and business momentum across key markets.
Media relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business, technology, fintech, and social-impact journalists globally and regionally.
Storytelling and thought leadership: Partner with the executive team to develop compelling storylines, op-eds, and speaking opportunities that highlight PayJoy’s innovation and impact.
Crisis and reputation management: Anticipate potential issues, manage responses, and ensure timely, aligned communication during critical moments.
Press materials and content creation: Write press releases, Q&As, briefing docs, and backgrounders that clearly articulate PayJoy’s narrative and results.
Event and speaking support: Support media visibility and executive participation in major fintech, technology, and social-impact forums.
Agency management: Manage and collaborate with PR agencies across regions to ensure consistent quality and strategic alignment.
Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on PR performance metrics to continuously optimize communication effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree or studying in a field related to Social Marketing.
7+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs (preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology).
Proven track record of building positive media coverage in global and regional markets.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and message-development skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus).
Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders and external partners.
Strong understanding of the intersection of technology, financial inclusion, and emerging markets.

The Legal, Contracts & Data Privacy Analyst will support the business in contract management, legal operations, and data privacy matters in a fast-paced international environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong legal fundamentals with practical business judgment and who is comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Product, Technology, and Customer Experience.
Beyond the current scope, this position is designed with a growth path in mind. We are looking for someone with the potential to take ownership of processes gradually, influence cross-functional initiatives, and evolve into a future leadership role within the Legal & Compliance structure.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and legal documents, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
Support internal stakeholders on legal and contractual matters, providing clear, practical, and business-oriented guidance
Monitor and support compliance with data privacy regulations, including LGPD and other applicable frameworks
Conduct privacy assessments and support the implementation of data privacy processes, policies, and controls
Partner with multidisciplinary and international teams on legal and privacy-related initiatives
Support incident response processes related to data privacy and information handling
Maintain and improve legal documentation, templates, workflows, and internal procedures
Contribute to strengthening a culture of compliance, accountability, and responsible data handling across the organization
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Solid experience in Legal, Contracts, Compliance, Data Privacy, or related areas
Mandatory previous experience with contract drafting, review, and negotiation
Practical experience with LGPD and data privacy matters
Experience working in dynamic environments with cross-functional teams
Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and teams
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate legal requirements into practical business solutions
Advanced English (written and verbal communication)
