The Legal & Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring PayJoy’s adherence to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies,  ensure contractual corporate obligations are met and draft and revise contracts,  oversee company’s intellectual property, support litigation, and  meeting evolving legal and regulatory standards in financial regulatory compliance, licensing, and engagement with regulatory authorities.

The Business Development Lead is responsible for ensuring the progressive development of each point of sale and business opportunity to achieve expected productivity, building and nurturing robust relationships with key retail partners and distributors. You will report to the Senior Commercial Manager and will work closely with the Sales team. You will have a huge opportunity to build the local commercial team environment. 

The Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, management, and strategic development of most important commercial partners across the country;  including engaging and welcoming all levels  of our partners’ organization structure, effective account management, overseeing of marketing efforts, optimizing sales, and maintaining the overall functionality of stores, work with local smartphone OEMs.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, management, and strategic development of most important commercial partners across the country;  including engaging and welcoming all levels  of our partners’ organization structure, effective account management, overseeing of marketing efforts, optimizing sales, and maintaining the overall functionality of stores, work with local smartphone OEMs.

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting multi functions in Indonesia through project management, data extraction and analysis, developing reports on performance measurement objectives and KPIs, using Business Intelligence tools and SQL, identifying improvement opportunities, and generating insights that optimize efficiency, quality, and customer experience. 

This role is also critical to support and project manage strategic initiatives with regulators, external partners as well as to drive broader Indonesia-wide strategic program

We are looking for a strategic credit risk leader to build and own the credit risk function for PayJoy Indonesia. This is a founding leadership role: you will define the credit risk agenda from the ground up, determine the problems the function needs to solve, and be personally accountable for portfolio outcomes at the country level.  PayJoy is a large global FinTech and we are excited to begin scaling our operations in Indonesia.  Our mission of finance for the next billion has worked in 8 markets globally and we believe our mission and model are an exceptional fit for the Indonesian market.
