Additionally, they are responsible for creating and maintaining all end-user product training and software help documentation.

This division is responsible for sales, communications, special events and industry relations.

The Quality Engineer teams are a part of our Quality & Process Engineering Division. Before software solutions are released to our Member’s, this division has teams who perform user and quality assurance testing on all products. Through both a manual and automation quality assurance process, solutions are checked to ensure the work of the developers is ready for our Members to use.

Our Information Security and Technical Support teams are comprised of multiple teams including Legal, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Networking Infrastructure and internal/external Technical Support. These teams works closely with internal and external groups to support IT infrastructure, implement cyber security offerings, maintain internal applications, upgrade internal servers, deploy security patches and provide technical support for both our employees and Members.

The primary focus of the Member Support division is the day-to-day care of NISC Members after they have been converted to our products. When a new product is installed at a Member site, the Professional Services team continues to support the Member for a short period after the implementation. Once the implementation project is closed, the Member is transitioned to the Support & Regional Business Manager Teams, where they will be cared for from that point on.
