About the role 

We are seeking someone to lead, architect and develop features for our Risk Cloud platform. This role requires a deep understanding of business and engineering goals, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve them. The ideal candidate will inspire and exemplify cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and QA professionals. They will advocate for and implement modern best practices in engineering, including a testing-first mindset, frequent releases, and iterative development with small feedback loops. Additionally, effective communication and the ability to produce clear documentation for features and processes are essential for this position.

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $125,000 - $165,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. The Role

As Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of data-driven programs that maximize customer lifetime value. Your mission is to drive product adoption, reduce churn, expand revenue, and turn customers into advocates. Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel upsell and cross-sell campaigns that drive revenue expansion by identifying high-propensity accounts and delivering personalized, timely offers based on product usage, customer health scores, and buying signals
• Build and optimize retention programs that reduce churn through proactive engagement, product adoption initiatives, and early warning interventions for at-risk customers
• Own the customer advocacy engine by developing scalable programs to generate reviews (G2, Gartner, etc.), capture compelling case studies, and identify customer champions for reference calls, testimonials, and speaking opportunities
• Partner with Customer Success to design and execute data-driven onboarding and activation journeys (email, in-app messaging, webinars) that accelerate time-to-value and drive feature adoption
• Develop and manage customer engagement touchpoints including newsletters, webinars, virtual events, and content programs that keep customers informed, engaged, and connected to the LogicGate community
• Support and scale local user group programs and regional customer events that strengthen community, drive product education, and surface expansion opportunities
• Lead marketing strategy and execution for LogicGate's annual customer conference (Agility), including pre-event promotion, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI and customer sentiment
• Own customer segmentation strategy, leveraging product analytics, CRM data, and customer health metrics to deliver highly targeted, relevant campaigns that drive specific behaviors and outcomes
• Build an experimentation roadmap (A/B and multivariate testing) to continuously optimize messaging, timing, channels, and journeys across the customer lifecycle
• Establish clear KPIs and reporting cadences that measure program performance against key business objectives (NRR, churn rate, product adoption, customer satisfaction) and communicate results to cross-functional stakeholders

What You Bring

Required:

• 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving retention, expansion, and customer lifetime value
• Deep expertise in building and executing data-driven customer programs across the post-sale journey, from onboarding through advocacy
• Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data platforms, product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to segment audiences and measure impact
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, etc.) and use insights to optimize campaigns
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling customer messaging and influence stakeholders across the organization

Preferred:

• Experience in the GRC, risk management, or compliance software space
• Background in sales-led growth (SLG) B2B SaaS environments with complex, enterprise sales cycles
• Hands-on experience with customer advocacy programs including review generation, case study development, and customer reference management
• Track record of successfully planning and executing customer events, user groups, or conferences

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help us build and own LogicGate’s field marketing presence — creating the programs, relationships, and playbook that will fuel our next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to build on and enhance the existing field marketing motion. This role suits someone who’s equally experienced with setting the strategy and delivering on it — and who finds real satisfaction in seeing their work show drive pipeline and revenue.

How you’ll spend your time:

• Field Marketing Strategy & Planning: Own the strategy, planning, and execution of LogicGate’s U.S. field marketing programs — in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership — to support pipeline and revenue goals. Help shape the global field marketing playbook by bringing learnings and best practices back to the broader team. 
• Event Execution (End-to-End): Lead the full lifecycle of U.S. field events — from strategy and logistics through on-site activation and post-event follow-up. Portfolio includes industry conferences, roadshows, executive dinners, roundtables, and more. Work cross-functionally — and with LogicGate partners — to bring events and programs to life, serving as the primary point of accountability for event quality and experience.
• Social Media Management: Engage with LogicGate/GRC community through influential social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Reddit. Leverage tools such as Brand Watch to identify opportunities to increase brand awareness; own social media calendars and ELT commentary; build creative assets.
• Pipeline Generation & Metrics: Track, measure, analyze, and report on field marketing performance — including pipeline contribution, event ROI, and account engagement — and use those insights to continuously sharpen the strategy.
• Sales & Cross-Functional Alignment: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sales leadership, acting as the connective tissue between field marketing activity and revenue outcomes. Work with the marketing team (content, comms, digital, demand gen) to ensure locally tailored, globally consistent execution. 
• Content & Messaging: Partner with the content team to ensure event messaging, presentations, and collateral are on-brand, compelling, and tailored to audience priorities. 
• Budget & Vendor Management: Manage program budgets end-to-end — building forecasts, tracking spend, and consistently delivering programs on or under budget without sacrificing quality.

Job Description

At LogicGate, we don't just show up at events — we build programs that move deals forward. As our first Global Field Marketing Manager based in the UK, you'll own the events and ecosystem engine that converts executive engagement into high-intent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure events align with business objectives and target audience engagement. Effectively communicate event strategies, results, and recommendations in key meetings.
• Content & Messaging Alignment: Partner with the content team to ensure event messaging, presentations, and collateral are compelling, on-brand, and tailored to the event's objectives and audience.
• End-to-End-Execution: Lead full event lifecycle: strategy, planning, logistics, vendor coordination, team enablement, on-site activation, and post-event follow-up and reporting. Execute events as integrated marketing programs that reinforce our Intelligent Change Management narrative — never as standalone activities.
• Identifying Opportunities: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing to identify and prioritize target accounts for each event. Coordinate executive meetings and networking opportunities that support opportunity progression

• Global, Centralized View: Maintain field marketing ownership for UK & EMEA locations; working closely with the US-based Marketing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in field marketing, event management, or a related role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, from planning through execution and post-event analysis.
• Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Swoogo, Eventbrite, Bizzabo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (Pardot).
• A track record of executing events that generate measurable pipeline and executive engagement — you can prove it with data.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking event performance, analyzing data, and reporting on ROI.

Requirements:

About the role

About the role 

We are seeking someone to lead, architect, and develop features for our Risk Cloud platform. This role requires a deep understanding of business and engineering goals, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve them.

The ideal candidate will inspire and exemplify cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and QA professionals. They will advocate for and implement modern best practices in engineering, including a testing-first mindset, frequent releases, and iterative development with small feedback loops. About the Role

The Regional Vice President, Strategic Sales will build and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives to drive enterprise revenue growth. Within one of our fastest growing segments, our Strategic team is responsible for new customer acquisition and expansion growth within large, complex organizations. This sales team identifies, qualifies, and closes strategic, high‑value opportunities.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Regional Vice President, Strategic Sales approaches the role with end-to-end ownership—driving focus across priorities, supporting effective resource allocation, and delivering both immediate results and long-term growth. This role will engage directly with C‑suite, lead complex and multi‑year sales cycles, and consistently deliver against significant revenue targets.

Success in this role requires deep enterprise sales experience, strong deal and pipeline discipline, financial and contractual fluency, and the ability to lead experienced sellers operating in highly competitive environments. Additionally, this role requires experience in hiring and developing sales teams. Typical deal sizes are $200k+ ARR, often involving extended buying committees and rigorous procurement processes.

• Build and lead a team of enterprise‑focused SAEs selling into large, complex organizations
• Drive enterprise pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance, with emphasis on predictability and long‑term account value

We’re hiring a VP of Product Management to lead and scale our Product Management organization for our AI-powered, Enterprise GRC platform. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and serves as their primary partner in building an empowered product organization.

You’ll co-create the product strategy with the CPO and own the translation of that strategy into clear roadmaps, empowered teams, and consistent execution across the portfolio. You’ll manage and grow a team of PMs, evaluate and upgrade the existing org where needed, drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering and GTM, and act as a key product leader with customers, partners, and the board.

Lead and Scale the Product Management Organization

• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing PM team. Hire, onboard, and retain high performers. Be a talent magnet people want to work for.
• Continuously raise the bar for the PM organization through thoughtful hiring, coaching, role design, and career pathing, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles for our next stage of growth.

Partner on Product Strategy & Own Execution

• Partner with the CPO to refine and evolve the product vision and multi-year strategy.

Lead the Execution of our AI-Powered GRC Strategy

• Empower and upskill PMs to own AI features within their domains: establishing simple frameworks for identifying AI opportunities, evaluating feasibility, and designing safe, trustworthy AI experiences.
• Ensure AI features are grounded in real customer problems and workflows, not AI for AI’s sake.
• Collaborate with Security and Legal on risk, privacy, and governance for AI capabilities to create trustworthy experiences for our customers.

Own Product Operating Rhythms & Processes

• Own the product operating system: planning cadences, quarterly roadmapping, OKRs, and portfolio review.
• Ensure strong feedback loops from customers, GTM teams, and the market into product decision-making.

Champion Empowered Product Teams

• Partner with Engineering and Design leaders to ensure teams are empowered, accountable, and outcome-focused.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment & Reduce Friction

• Identify and clean up cross-functional misalignment and points of organizational collision.
• Stay calm, direct, and constructive during escalations, conflicts, and high-stakes situations.

Strong with Customers, Partners, and the Board

• Serve as a key product leader with customers: CAB, key accounts, strategic deals, and escalations.
• Represent the product roadmap and strategy with partners and at industry events when needed.
• Build credibility with internal and external stakeholders through clarity, honesty, and follow-through.

• 15+ years in Product Management, with significant experience in B2B SaaS platform companies (multi-product, integrations, workflows, data).
• 3–5+ years directly managing PM teams, including scaling from small teams to 10+ PMs.
• Strong history of cross-functional leadership and resolving misalignment between Product, Engineering, and GTM.
• A track record of balancing strategic altitude with hands-on engagement – willing to dive into squads’ work when the stakes are high, while still empowering PMs to own their domains.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller: adept at framing product strategy and decisions for execs, customers, and boards.
• Calm, direct, and constructive during escalations, conflicts, and high-stakes situations and willing to dive into the details.
• Known by former PMs and peers as a motivating, present leader who makes time for coaching, career development, and honest feedback.
• Experience shipping LLM powered features and/or agents in production B2B SaaS products (e.g., recommendations, copilots, automations, or predictive insights).
• Experience leading Product Management in B2B SaaS companies in the $20M–$100M+ ARR range, ideally having helped scale a business 2–3x at that stage.
• Experience in GRC is a plus but not required. Success in complex B2B platform environments is an essential with proven ability to ramp quickly in complex domains.
