About this position:

We're looking for a Northeastern University co-op student to join Later's People team as our HR Coordinator Co-op, based out of our Boston hub. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day work of the People team, build hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, and programs). You’ll also support the day-to-day operations of our Boston office as part of creating a strong in-person employee experience. You'll partner closely with our People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams, and you'll get exposure to how a fast-growing tech company runs its HR function in real time. This is a six-month, full-time co-op with regular exposure to senior People leaders.

Please note we will only be considering applications from candidates currently enrolled in Northeastern University's co-op program and located within our Boston, MA hub. This is an in-person role (5 days a week) to support office operations and in-person employee experience.

What you'll be doing:

People & HR Coordination

• Support the People team across HRIS data entry, employee changes, and document management, helping maintain accurate and well-organized records
• Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating reference checks, and supporting candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Help maintain People team trackers, dashboards, and reporting on hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle metrics.
• Draft and proofread internal communications, FAQs, and People team documentation.
• Help monitor and respond to People team inquiries, answering common questions and routing requests with guidance

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Support logistics for new hire onboarding, including pre-boarding communications, equipment coordination, and Day 1 setup for Boston-based hires.
• Partner with IT and People Ops to make sure every new hire has a smooth, well-organized onboarding experience.
• Assist with employee experience programs (recognition, milestones, internal events), including planning, logistics and execution 
• Support engagement survey logistics, including communications, response tracking, and follow-up coordination.

Boston Office Management

• Support day-to-day operations of the Boston office, including supplies, snacks, mail, vendor relationships, and basic facilities needs.
• Assist with planning and executing Boston office events, team gatherings, and on-site experiences for visiting team members and executives.
• Coordinate with building management, security, and vendors to support office operations
• Partner with the People team to keep the office a welcoming, organized, and on-brand space that supports our hybrid work model.

Programs & Projects

• Contribute to People team projects across areas such as Learning and Development, AI proficiency, performance, and culture initiatives.
• Help build process documentation, SOPs, and how-to guides that scale beyond your co-op term.

What success looks like:

• Within your first 30 days, you’ve ramped on Later’s People tools and processes, built relationships with key stakeholders, and begun supporting onboarding, coordination, and leading office operations tasks.
• By 90 days, you’re confidently supporting core workflows (e.g., onboarding logistics, scheduling, and office coordination), contributing to People team projects, and helping manage day-to-day operations of the Boston office with guidance, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and the employee experience.
• By the end of your co-op term, you’ve completed a capstone project to improve a People process, gained hands-on experience across HR operations and employee experience, and contributed documentation or improvements that support the team after you leave. You’ll walk away with practical skills and a clear understanding of how a People team operates.

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled at Northeastern University and eligible for a full-time, six-month co-op term.
• Coursework or interest in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience that signals readiness for HR work).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a high bar for professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
• Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project trackers) and quick to pick up new systems like HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Available to work on-site at our Boston office five days per week to support office management responsibilities.
• Prior internship, co-op, or part-time experience in HR, People Operations, office management, or hospitality is a plus.
• Exposure to HRIS, ATS (Greenhouse), or workplace systems is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Interest in how AI tools are being used to scale HR and operations work.

About this position:

This is a Boston-based hybrid role with a 3-day per week in-office expectation.

Later is hiring a Payroll Manager to lead accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll operations across the US and Canada. Reporting to the Controller and partnering closely with Finance and People & Places, this role owns end-to-end payroll execution for 400+ employees across multiple jurisdictions, benefits programs, and third-party providers.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, brings strong judgment to time-sensitive work, and proactively improves systems and processes. While US payroll expertise is essential, this role also provides an opportunity to deepen Canadian payroll exposure alongside an experienced Payroll Specialist. 

What you'll be doing:

Technical / Execution

• Own and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for ~300 US and ~100 Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full regulatory compliance
  
  
• Review, administer, and approve semi-monthly payroll cycles, including bonuses, commissions, allowances, severance, leaves, and adjustments

About This Role

This is a new business, outbound sales development role focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

The primary objective of this role is to create qualified pipeline by booking high-quality meetings with marketing and growth leaders at best-fit brands.

You will own a defined territory of target accounts, with opportunity to hunt open accounts, and generate new opportunities through highly customized outreach - including tailored email, personalized LinkedIn engagement, and confident cold calling. Creative, insight-led outreach is encouraged.

This is not a high-volume, script-driven prospecting role. About This Role

This is a new business, outbound sales development role focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

The primary objective of this role is to create qualified pipeline by booking high-quality meetings with marketing and growth leaders at best-fit brands.

About this position:

Reporting to the Later CFO, the VP, Finance will lead a Strategic Finance and FP&A organization that is a strategic thought partner to the business. About this position:

• Later consistently ranks on the first page (and top 3) for high-priority keywords across all lines of business, with improvements in Core Web Vitals, site speed, and indexation.

What you bring:

• 5–7+ years of SEO experience with proven impact in SaaS, PLG, or B2B tech environments.
• Track record of driving measurable growth through SEO (traffic, conversions, pipeline).
• Advanced proficiency in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, GSC, GA4, Amplitude.
• Strong background with CMS platforms (preferably Contentful), including structuring and optimizing workflows.
• Experience managing authority-building efforts and backlink acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with keyword data, content performance, and attribution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across technical and creative teams.
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-powered search visibility.
• Experience in creator/social media marketing space.

About this position:

As a Senior Paid Media Manager on Later’s Professional Services team, you’ll lead end-to-end paid social strategy and execution for Later Influence customers. You’ll own large-scale, multi-platform campaigns, partnering closely with program and account leaders to drive measurable performance and elevate our clients’ growth.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a paid social expert who thrives in fast-moving environments, brings strong analytical rigor, and knows how to turn influencer-driven creative into performance outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in building paid media best practices, experimenting with new channels and tactics, and upskilling our Services team as we scale.

What you'll be doing:

Strategy

• Develop paid social strategies that translate client goals into clear, data-backed media plans across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
  
  
• Partner with Account Managers and Services leadership to ensure paid social recommendations align with broader program strategy and business objectives.
  
  
• Forecast spend and performance to support planning, resourcing, and future investment proposals.
  
  
• Provide strategic guidance on creative direction, audience approaches, messaging, and experimentation.

Technical/ Execution

• Lead the full campaign lifecycle: planning, setup, QA, trafficking, testing, optimization, and measurement.
  
  
• Manage large budgets with precision, ensuring delivery is efficient, effective, and aligned with client KPIs.
  
  
• Conduct rigorous ongoing monitoring and analysis, translating results into actionable insights.

What you bring:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns with significant budgets.
  
  
• Experience running influencer-driven or creator-led paid campaigns (strong asset).
  
  
• Agency experience required.
  
  

Proven Results & Track Record

• Demonstrated ability to translate creative, influencer, or social content into measurable performance outcomes.
  
  
• History of improving paid media efficiency through structured testing and optimization.
  
  
• Experience coaching or upskilling teammates on paid media execution.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Fluency in major ad platforms: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube/Google Ads, Snapchat Ads.
  
  
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using GA4 and/or other analytics dashboards.
  
  
• Proficiency in Sheets/Excel for analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  
  
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana or equivalent).
  
  
• Experience with Later Influence or comparable platforms is a plus.
  
  
• Relevant certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics) are preferred.
