Harbor is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on, on-site, IT support for our Chicago office. This role is focused on local, end-user support and physical office technology needs. The technician ensures employees have reliable access to their day-to-day technology by supporting hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and meeting room technology, while partnering with centralized IT teams for escalations and non-local systems. This position works on-site at our headquarters office located in the Chicago Loop.

Harbor is seeking a Security Analyst to join our internal IT Operations team. This role is responsible for strengthening Harbor’s security posture through proactive vulnerability management, third-party risk management (TPRM), and client-facing security assurance activities. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (particularly Qualys), strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate security practices effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
This is a fully remote position located in Canada or the Philippines and must align with United States working business hours (EST).

Harbor is seeking a Salesforce Developer to also be an Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform as a central CRM supporting sales, service delivery, and financial processes. This role is responsible for system governance, data integrity, automation, and supporting integrations with other enterprise systems to ensure accurate reporting, reliable forecasting, clean operational data, and scalable operations.
The role will act as a systems steward for the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds), overseeing platform health, user experience, automation standards, and roadmap execution. This position partners closely with Tech Enablement, Commercial Operations, Finance, Delivery Operations, GTM, Marketing, and external Salesforce development partners to manage enhancements, system stability, and ongoing platform improvements.
