We’re hiring an Installation Services Manager – Mexico to own end-to-end installation outcomes across a hybrid delivery model: internal installers and third-party installation partners. About the Role
Motive is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise – Mexico to lead and scale our enterprise sales efforts in one of our fastest-growing markets. As an enterprise sales leader, you’ll play a critical role in expanding Motive’s presence across Mexico, driving new business growth, and building a high-performing, execution-focused sales team. You’ll be responsible for selling the value of Motive’s enterprise solutions and delivering measurable business outcomes to our largest and most complex customers.
This is a high-impact role suited for a seasoned leader who thrives on both strategy and execution. You have experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, coaching and scaling sales teams, and driving consistent revenue growth in B2B environments. Motive is looking for a Trial Success Manager (TSM) to lead and operationalize the success of enterprise trials across Mexico. As a TSM, you will serve as the strategic project manager responsible for aligning stakeholders, driving adoption, and ensuring the successful execution of multiple high-impact customer trials simultaneously. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and cross-functional teams to showcase the full value of Motive’s platform—laying the groundwork for long-term commercial partnerships.
You will thrive in this role if you are detail-oriented, organized, time-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional trial experiences that convert.
Own and lead enterprise trials from kickoff through conclusion, ensuring alignment with customer goals and internal sales strategies.
Build tailored trial plans that define scope, success metrics, timelines, and stakeholder involvement.
Project manage multiple trials in parallel, tracking milestones, ensuring timely follow-ups, and proactively resolving blockers.
Collaborate with AEs and SEs to reinforce commercial value and connect product capabilities with business outcomes.
Engage key customer stakeholders throughout the trial period to drive usage, insights, and internal advocacy.
Deliver compelling final trial reviews that summarize performance, ROI, and next steps to support the sales close.
Continuously improve trial processes, templates, and tools for greater scale and repeatability across the region.
Leverage systems like Salesforce to maintain real-time visibility into trial pipeline, health, and conversion forecasting.
4+ years of customer-facing experience in project management, customer success, sales operations, or technical account management—preferably in a B2B SaaS or logistics tech environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with competing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact confidently with both operational and executive-level stakeholders.
Deep attention to detail with a focus on accountability, process excellence, and timeline discipline.
Proven ability to identify risks early and proactively resolve issues that impact project success.
Experience working with tools like Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and other CRM or PM systems.
Familiarity with fleet management, logistics, or industrial sectors is a strong plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with cross-functional collaboration.

An expert at initiating, controlling, and delivering successful deployment projects of Motive hardware and software with our highest value customers. In this role, you will create and own the onboarding project along with its metrics for success, including but not limited to Customer Kick Off, Go Live, and CSAT. We are looking for a relentless and strategic Manager, Mexico Partners to build and accelerate our partner ecosystem across the Mexico region. Motive is seeking a driven Account Executive to help build and expand our sales organization in our newest regional market — México. As one of the founding members of this team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth, building customer relationships from the ground up, and shaping how Motive delivers value in the region.
You will leverage Motive’s strong product positioning and proven global success to identify new opportunities, close business, and bring measurable impact to our customers’ operations. Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing and onboarding new customers.
Develop new business by building strong relationships with key prospects and stakeholders.
Consistently exceed sales targets, driving growth across Small & Medium Business accounts in priority verticals such as transportation, logistics, construction, and field services.
Collaborate with sales leadership to localize playbooks, refine go-to-market strategies, and strengthen our commercial footprint in México.
Conduct needs-based discovery and deliver compelling presentations that translate Motive’s value into tangible business outcomes.
Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and precision, ensuring a win-win outcome for customers and the company.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Stay ahead of market trends, leveraging insights to enhance your consultative approach and strengthen your competitive positioning.
Demonstrated success as an SDR/BDR with strong outbound and closing exposure, or 1+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales (ideally within SaaS or technology).
Proven ability to manage a high-velocity pipeline, maintain a rigorous daily activity cadence, and consistently exceed quota.
Understanding of 1–2 month sales cycles with deal values typically in the mid-five-figure (USD) range.
A true hunter mentality – resourceful, resilient, and passionate about winning new logos.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth settings, with strong prioritization and self-management skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other modern sales tools.
Experience selling into transportation, logistics, oil & gas, construction, or compliance and safety industries is a strong plus.
Must currently reside in México and be fluent in Spanish and English.
