About the Role:

Motive is searching for an Account Executive, Enterprise that will be instrumental in building the sales organization from the ground up in our newest regional market, Mexico. As a member of our founding team, you will lead the charge, seizing the opportunity created by our strong product positioning and selling the value of the business outcomes that can be achieved in partnership with Motive. 

As an Account Executive, Enterprise you are a highly motivated self-starter, possess willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement, and have a demonstrated history of overachievement in previous sales roles. You have closed large, complex deals in the past, relying on strong interpersonal skills, a deep technical aptitude, and high attention to detail. You have a natural ability to convey and relate ideas to others. Because of the collaborative nature of our Sales team, a win-as-a-team mentality is a must. In this high-energy role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high standards of quality. *Hybrid: 3x a week in office in Mexico City*

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and win new business by developing strong relationships with key prospects
• Thrive in a performance based environment, consistently achieving above and beyond your KPI targets
• Partner with sales leadership to enhance country-specific playbooks, pitches, and processes
• Provide recommendations based on a prospect’s business needs and negotiate contract terms
• Proactively identify customer issues and process blockers, and drive cross functional support to implement best available solutions
• Effectively plan, in order to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas
• Constantly study and deepen understanding of market trends to enable consultative insight

About the Role

Motive is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise – Mexico to lead and scale our enterprise sales efforts in one of our fastest-growing markets. As an enterprise sales leader, you’ll play a critical role in expanding Motive’s presence across Mexico, driving new business growth, and building a high-performing, execution-focused sales team. You’ll be responsible for selling the value of Motive’s enterprise solutions and delivering measurable business outcomes to our largest and most complex customers.

This is a high-impact role suited for a seasoned leader who thrives on both strategy and execution. You have experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, coaching and scaling sales teams, and driving consistent revenue growth in B2B environments. You are process-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about building something meaningful in a dynamic, high-growth company.

This is a remote role based in Mexico, with regular travel required to customer sites and internal meetings.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive enterprise new business acquisition across Mexico, with full accountability for pipeline generation, forecasting, and revenue performance
• Lead discovery and strategic selling efforts into complex, high-potential accounts across key industries (logistics, transportation, construction, oil & gas, etc.)
• Build and mentor a growing team of enterprise sellers, setting clear expectations, inspecting performance, and driving accountability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution on GTM strategies
• Localize and enhance playbooks, processes, and tools for the Mexican market, leveraging data to drive insights and improvements
• Execute a high-quality sales process from first contact to close, guiding stakeholders through technical, financial, and operational evaluations
• Cultivate strong executive relationships and represent Motive with professionalism and strategic insight

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with 2+ years in a team leadership or regional management role
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas in long-cycle, complex deal environments
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and lead strategic customer conversations
• Demonstrated success building or scaling regional sales functions in fast-paced, high-growth companies
• Deep understanding of Mexico’s business culture and enterprise buying processes
• A hunter mentality paired with strong process discipline and coaching ability
• Experience in verticals such as transportation, logistics, construction, or industrial technology is highly desirable
• Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software platforms

As one of the founding members of this team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth, building customer relationships from the ground up, and shaping how Motive delivers value in the region.

You will leverage Motive’s strong product positioning and proven global success to identify new opportunities, close business, and bring measurable impact to our customers’ operations. This is an ideal role for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) who has mastered the art of prospecting and is ready to take the next step into a full-cycle closing role. This is a hybrid position based in México City, with occasional travel required for client meetings.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing and onboarding new customers.

• Develop new business by building strong relationships with key prospects and stakeholders.

• Consistently exceed sales targets, driving growth across Small & Medium Business accounts in priority verticals such as transportation, logistics, construction, and field services.

• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.

• Stay ahead of market trends, leveraging insights to enhance your consultative approach and strengthen your competitive positioning.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated success as an SDR/BDR with strong outbound and closing exposure, or 1+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales (ideally within SaaS or technology).

• Proven ability to manage a high-velocity pipeline, maintain a rigorous daily activity cadence, and consistently exceed quota.

• Understanding of 1–2 month sales cycles with deal values typically in the mid-five-figure (USD) range.

• A true hunter mentality – resourceful, resilient, and passionate about winning new logos.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth settings, with strong prioritization and self-management skills.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other modern sales tools.

• Experience selling into transportation, logistics, oil & gas, construction, or compliance and safety industries is a strong plus.

• Must currently reside in México and be fluent in Spanish and English.
