As our team scales, we are looking to bring on an experienced engineering leader to drive a culture of engineering excellence at our Palo Alto office. Reporting into our CTO, you will lead diverse teams of engineers with responsibilities in both product and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Execution Velocity: drive a high-tempo shipping cadence, ensuring the team consistently delivers on product and engineering milestones.

Project Orchestration: Coordinate complex engineering efforts across teams, identifying critical path dependencies and removing blockers to keep projects on track.

Talent Development: Actively mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing the coaching and feedback loops necessary to maximize their growth and technical output.

Research-to-Production: Build the bridge between research and engineering, operationalizing experimental foundation models into robust, scalable production systems.

Engineering Culture: Instill a culture of rigor, velocity, and code quality; define the standards for testing, CI/CD, and developer experience.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with the C-level leadership team and research leads to align technical deliverables with the company’s scientific milestones and product vision.

Qualifications

Leadership Experience: 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, managing managers and high performing engineering teams.

Domain Expertise: Experience with foundation models and complex generative AI products. Strong architectural fluency in modern AI infrastructure

Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to transition complex technologies from an R&D phase to a commercial-grade platform.

Scale & Infrastructure: Deep technical understanding of high-performance computing, GPU cluster optimization, and the architectural challenges involved in training and serving foundation models at scale.

Job Description

GPU Cluster Management: Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance GPU clusters, ensuring their stability, reliability, and scalability. Monitor and manage cluster resources to maximize utilization and efficiency.

Distributed/Parallel Training: Implement distributed computing techniques to enable parallel training of large deep learning models across multiple GPUs and nodes. Optimize data distribution and synchronization to achieve faster convergence and reduced training times.

Performance Optimization: Fine-tune GPU clusters and deep learning frameworks to achieve optimal performance for specific workloads. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through profiling and system analysis.

Deep Learning Framework Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate distributed training capabilities into GenBio AI’s model development and deployment frameworks.

Scalability and Resource Management: Ensure that the GPU clusters can scale effectively to handle increasing computational demands. Develop resource management strategies to prioritize and allocate computing resources based on project requirements.

Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GPU clusters, distributed training, and performance anomalies. Provide technical support to users and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to GPU cluster configuration, distributed training workflows, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and seamless onboarding of new team members.

Job Requirements:

Master’s or Ph.D. degree in computer science, or a related field with a focus on High-Performance Computing, Distributed Systems, or Deep Learning.

2+ years proven experience in managing GPU clusters, including installation, configuration, and optimization.

Strong expertise in distributed deep learning and parallel training techniques.

Proficiency in popular deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, Megatron-LM, DeepSpeed, etc.

Programming skills in Python and experience with GPU-accelerated libraries (e.g., CUDA, cuDNN).

Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization tools for HPC and deep learning.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Head of Communications who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to establish a cohesive brand and communicate our vision externally. You will be responsible for shaping and executing our communications strategy, leading high-level planning, driving brand visibility, managing PR efforts, and building demand across our target audiences. Job Description:

You will work with the team to conduct cutting-edge AI and computational biology research. Your primary tasks will include improving existing models and exploring new methodologies to advance our AI capabilities in biology.

Job Description:

You will work with the team to conduct cutting-edge research in AI, foundation models, and computational biology. Your primary tasks will include improving existing models and exploring new methodologies to advance our AI capabilities in biology.

A strong coder with excellent skills in C/C++ and Python.

Fluent in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch (and/or JAX), Hugging Face (Datasets, Accelerate, Transformers, etc.), Megatron-LM, DeepSpeed, etc.

Have a solid understanding of GPU, CPU, or other AI accelerator architectures.

Familiar with LLM (and/or other foundation model) architectures (such as attention mechanisms, state-space models, MoE, etc.) and training infrastructure (e.g., large-scale GPU clusters).

Have experience improving ML accuracy using low-precision formats.

Have 1+ years of relevant industry experience.

Derive a great deal of satisfaction from every percentage point of performance improvement.

Have experience writing and optimizing compute kernels using CUDA or similar languages.

Nice to Have:

Current PhD in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Computer Architecture, Parallel Computing, Compilers, or other systems.

We are seeking a skilled Accountant focusing on the US market who can also support our small team in Paris and UAE. This role is crucial to our financial operations and will ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, expense etc.

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Liaise with external accounting firm and tax CPA, oversee tax reporting and compliance for the US, France, and UAE offices.

Assist with the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities.

Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP, as well as IFRS for our international operations.
