As a Construction Foreman, you’ll own the transition of new and upgraded sites from construction handoff to operational readiness. You’ll lead a team of technicians to verify construction quality, install and integrate systems, deploy new technologies, and ensure infrastructure reliability
You be a key stakeholder in our site build process from initial site QC & constructibility, assisting the construction management team with construction oversight, commissioning, and closeout. You will work closely with the rest of the construction team and contractor base to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and build scalable, repeatable construction processes to expand our network.
Your leadership will drive site performance, uptime, and technical excellence, enabling seamless operations at scale. To ensure success in this role, you’ll ensure execution of processes, standards, and performance metrics that guide every stage of site activation and/or maintenance. You’ll proactively resolve issues before they impact operations, foster strong collaboration across construction, engineering, and operations teams. You will seek to improve workflows based on field feedback and data insights. By combining hands-on technical oversight with strategic planning and team development, you’ll deliver sites that launch on time, perform reliably, and scale within our growing network.
You will also be working with the Engineering and Operations teams to tackle all the technical challenges we face head-on to get our customer’s sites operational as quickly as possible. You will have to be technically savvy, and be able to develop relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors.

As Head of Commercial for the Austin metro, you’ll be accountable for scaling a healthy, high intent marketplace and the metro & site-level business that supports it. You’ll own metro and site level P&Ls and customer metrics (GMV, fleet utilization, take rate, customer growth, retention and frequency), build locally relevant partnerships and go-to-market plays, and run the day-to-day commercial engine that makes Zipline the obvious choice across retail, food, healthcare and industrial use cases. This role is about execution, accountability, and results — you’ll lead a small, high-output team and be Zipline’s external face in the region.

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead Zipline’s on-the-ground marketing efforts in the Austin metro area — our newest market. Zipline is building the future of instant delivery. As a Partner Success Manager, you will help us activate new partners in Austin and work with our broader team to help our restaurant and retail partners build their business on our platform.
In this role you will directly own the relationship with our Austin restaurants and retail partners. You will be responsible for launching new restaurant and retail sites with our drone delivery service, building trusted relationships with the local restaurant and store managers at these sites, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. You are our important ‘eyes and ears’ on the ground - providing insights on pain points and identifying new product features and capabilities.

Zipline is building the future of instant delivery. As a Field Sales Representative, you will work with our commercial leadership to sign up local restaurant and retail partners in Austin.
You will directly own specific sales regions within the coverage area of our drone delivery network. You will be responsible for identifying attractive restaurant and retail prospects, and then reaching out to these prospects to explain our service and sign partnership agreements. You are our important ‘eyes and ears’ on the ground - learning what are the most popular restaurants and retailers in each community and actively engaging with these merchants to join our delivery platform.
To do this role well you will need to be curious, driven and a passionate communicator. You should have good sales skills and instincts, and an ability to explain new ideas and concepts in a simple and compelling way. Finally you should be a tenacious self starter who is comfortable bringing prospects along a journey.
This role will be based locally in Austin, Texas and will involve a mix of telephone, email and face-to-face in market sales.
