Program eligibility and details

$500 payment for any referral that signs an agreement and has a successful day 1.
All referrals must be submitted through the defined application process.
All referrals must be submitted in advance of the candidate being interviewed by the recruiter.
Program qualifications and payments are based on Program in place at the time of agent appointment.
This cannot be double counted with another referral. We will honor the first referral received.
To receive payment the referral will need to complete an IRS form W-9, which will be provided by the company upon the successful day 1 of the candidate.
The referrer is responsible to pay appropriate federal, state, and local income taxes as applicable.
The program may be subject to change at any time.
