Program eligibility and details

• $500 payment for any referral that signs an agreement and has a successful day 1.
• All referrals must be submitted through the defined application process.
• All referrals must be submitted in advance of the candidate being interviewed by the recruiter.
• Program qualifications and payments are based on Program in place at the time of agent appointment.
• This cannot be double counted with another referral. We will honor the first referral received. 
• To receive payment the referral will need to complete an IRS form W-9, which will be provided by the company upon the successful day 1 of the candidate.
• The referrer is responsible to pay appropriate federal, state, and local income taxes as applicable.
• The program may be subject to change at any time.
