POSITION SUMMARY
Join us in a high-impact role to drive growth at EarnIn. This function plays a critical role in how we use analytics to inform our business & product priorities, drive data-backed experiments, deliver value across the consumer lifecycle, and measure performance to optimize future decisions. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to establish end-to-end measurement & reporting, implement rigorous testing methodologies, and drive strategic analyses.
This position will be hybrid, based in our Bengaluru office (HSR Layout), as part of our expanding site, with two days a week required in the office. EarnIn offers our employees excellent benefits, including healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and opportunities to travel to our Mountain View HQ. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive strategic analyses that identify key opportunities to improve the core product experience for EarnIn’s customers
- Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to design and run experiments
- Upgrade EarnIn’s experimentation stack by implementing tools such as Sequential Testing, Bayesian testing, and CUPED
- Partner with the Machine Learning Engineering team to design and build models that form the core of EarnIn’s core product
- Monitor & proactively surface/troubleshoot any problems across the key business metrics & drive resolution of these issues
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of experience in product analytics/data science in a B2C role
- Product sense and intuition to drive impact on the business and customer experience
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
- Expert skillset in SQL and experience with Python or R
- Practical knowledge of state-of-the-art experimentation tools such as Sequential Testing, Champion/Challenger, CUPED, etc.
- Practical knowledge of machine learning techniques
- Ability to extract insights from large data sets & seamlessly translate into actionable recommendations across the consumer journey
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent processes while allowing for creative thinking and flexibility in ambiguous situations
- Curiosity and passion for deeply understanding analytical problems and translating this to stakeholders
- Experience in Fintech is a bonus

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Growth & Marketing Analytics Lead to partner closely with the CMO and product leadership to drive user growth and engagement. This leader will shape and drive the analytics strategy, mentor and develop the team, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into actionable insights. This person will also drive the transformation of analytics with AI-driven workflows.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, diving into data regularly, while also setting the broader vision.
The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $215,000 to $263,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position in Mountain View, requiring in-office work 2 days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product and marketing analysts.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, analytical rigor, and continuous learning.
- Define clear goals, priorities, and growth paths for the analytics team.
- Start by managing a team of 2–3 direct reports, with the opportunity to grow the team as the business scales
- Analytics Strategy & Execution
- Own the company’s marketing measurement, experimentation, and insight generation for paid, owned, and integrated channels, and for performance across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and LTV
- Lead the evolution of Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and causal inference frameworks to measure both performance and brand impact.
- Partner with the Growth team to optimize owned channels (SEO, Referrals) onboarding funnels, and lifecycle marketing to drive engagement.
- Build AI-driven workflows to automate recurring analytics (e.g., business reviews, anomaly detection, and insight generation), significantly reducing manual analysis and accelerating decision-making.
- Partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure scalable and reliable data models and pipelines.
- Hands-On Analysis
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that inform product and business decisions.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to improve data pipelines and instrumentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic thought partner to identify opportunities, measure success, and optimize Marketing and product performance.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences and influence action.
- In this role, you will be successful if you:
- Improve marketing efficiency (CAC/LTV) through better measurement and insights
- Increase user growth and retention by leveraging owned channels.
- Establish scalable analytics systems that reduce manual analytics
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, data visualization tools (Amplitude, Tableau), and experimentation.
- Has direct experience in marketing analytics using Media Mix Models (MMM), difference-in-differences, and other causal inference techniques.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing marketing or product analytics teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience in fintech, consumer tech, or a data-driven product organization is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude) is a plus.
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Staff Risk Analyst (Fraud) to partner closely with the Chief Risk Officer. This role is the single accountable owner of EarnIn's fraud risk management. You will operate as the company's fraud SME, setting direction, influencing architecture, and driving alignment across Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Fraud Ops.
The scope goes well beyond analysis — you will own the full lifecycle from strategy through implementation and operations, and your impact will be felt across every product and every customer interaction at EarnIn.
This is a remote position offering the opportunity to create meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000-$210,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Fraud & Identity Strategy
- Own the full fraud policy lifecycle — spanning identity verification, account opening, deposits, card transactions, and key monetary actions — from signal analysis and risk design through rule implementation, monitoring, iteration, and ongoing optimization
- Proactively identify emerging fraud vectors and redesign controls before losses materialize
- Support AML rule design, simulation, and governance in partnership with Financial Crimes Compliance
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
- Define the long-term fraud strategy that anchors roadmap priorities across Product and Engineering
- Lead fraud initiatives spanning Engineering, Product, Compliance, Fraud Ops, and external partners, including Visa and banking partners
- Serve as the primary escalation point during fraud incidents and ATO attacks — leading real-time response across teams
- Drive alignment on risk decisions that balance fraud exposure, customer experience, and regulatory requirements simultaneously
Analytics & Organizational Enablement
- Build and maintain fraud dashboards enabling real-time monitoring and self-serve analytics
- Mentor junior analysts and build knowledge transfer programs to scale fraud capability across the organization
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years in analytics within fintech or consumer products
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD, or equivalent industry experience
- Demonstrated experience with SQL and experience with Python or R
- Experience with external fraud platforms such as Visa Risk Manager, Socure, or equivalent
- Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs without formal authority
- Proven track record of driving structural improvements in fraud outcomes across multiple domains simultaneously
- Skilled at using data to identify emerging fraud trends, quantify exposure, and translate analytical findings into actionable policy and control changes
- Strong understanding of how a credit card program works end-to-end — including transaction lifecycle, authorization and decline flows, dispute and chargeback processes, credit reporting obligations, and the relationship between card networks, issuing banks, and program managers
- Strong communicator who can translate fraud concepts for non-technical audiences and business requirements into system design decisions
- Comfortable operating under ambiguity and driving from incident to structured action quickly
