The Opportunity
The mission of Scibids is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for display campaigns, delivering the best performance with minimal human effort.
As a Programmatic Account Manager / Programmatic Specialist, your role will be to work with & educate campaign managers and traders on how to use and leverage the Scibids software. Two of the key objectives for the role will be to offer first-class service & increased adoption rate of the product by our customers. This position will combine strong problem-solving and teaching skills, analytical rigor and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for an Integrated Solutions Director (ISD) based in Tokyo to drive the adoption and growth of DV's Social and Performance solutions across the Japan market to sit within our sales organisation and work towards quarterly targets. This ISD role combines deep product expertise in DV Social solutions and DV Performance solutions with hands-on sales enablement, client engagement, and operational leadership. The Account Manager is responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts and relationships, a critical role. You will oversee all aspects of campaigns across kick-off, implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing. Position Overview
The Account Manager role is designed for an experienced professional with a proven track record in digital advertising, whether from agency, publisher, or technology vendor backgrounds. This role combines strategic account management with commercial growth responsibilities.
The Account Manager is responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts and relationships. The AM will oversee campaign setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for a large portfolio of accounts, ensuring operational excellence.
The AM will work closely and collaboratively with the Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver world-class customer service and solutions to the market. The Account Manager plays an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product needs and will be responsible for educating customers about DoubleVerify’s platform; Pinnacle and how products can be leveraged to meet their goals and objectives.

As a Sr. Programmatic Trader, Scibids, at DV, you will be the primary point of contact for clients post-sale.
