Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the VP, Global Data & Privacy will lead the DV Privacy Team and work closely with the Legal, Product, Information Security, Policy and Commercial functions to:
The Global Data & Privacy Role will also be responsible for internal training, data protection impact assessments, internal audits, and will serve as the primary contact for supervisory authorities and individuals whose data is processed by the organization.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $185,000- $319,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.

Position Overview
The Account Manager role is designed for an experienced professional with a proven track record in digital advertising, whether from agency, publisher, or technology vendor backgrounds. This role combines strategic account management with commercial growth responsibilities.
The Account Manager is responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts and relationships. The AM will oversee campaign setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for a large portfolio of accounts, ensuring operational excellence.
The AM will work closely and collaboratively with the Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver world-class customer service and solutions to the market. The Account Manager plays an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product needs and will be responsible for educating customers about DoubleVerify’s platform; Pinnacle and how products can be leveraged to meet their goals and objectives.

Position Overview
DoubleVerify seeks a talented, proven, and resourceful Regional Vice President for our UK and Northern Europe territories to join our existing EMEA sales team. This unique individual’s primary responsibility will be to serve as the leader of the Commercial team focused on working with the largest agencies and brands across the UK and the Nordics.
In addition, the RVP is responsible for enhancing and maintaining our relationships with senior stakeholders across our installed client base. We are looking for a team player that takes initiative, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and knows how to create partnerships and sophisticated agreements that last. This stellar sales leader is someone who has proven experience heading a sales organization focused on revenue growth, evangelizing products, and negotiating commercial agreements. This leader will be expected to manage and grow a high performance sales team, model organizational growth and change, and ensure the commercial team is inspired, aligned and drives DV's strategic goals. This is an opportunity to lead a hyper-growth division of a company that is transforming the online media industry. This role reports to the Managing Director of EMEA, and will work out of DoubleVerify’s London office.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for ensuring completion and compliance of employment eligibility verification requirements for all countries, including Form I-9 verification for U.S. new hires,
Process and manage high-volume administrative and transactional employee data changes in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leave updates, and general record maintenance, while adhering to team SLAs to ensure timely and accurate processing,
Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers using Workday self-service (hires, transfers, job changes, promotions, etc.)
Run standard reports and support ad-hoc data requests. Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity,
Handles employee inquiries and issues resolution. Assists in the research, escalation, and resolution of Workday related operational issues,
Delivers exceptional customer service and ensure all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner,
Collaborate effectively across HR and non-HR cross functional teams (i.e. HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Finance),
Support business process development, improvement, data management, releases, testing, maintenance within Workday and other HR systems,
Serve as the first line of support for Workday System questions, Troubleshoot and resolve system issues,
Participate in the design, testing and implementation of new functionality in Workday, including the bi-annual release,
Develop Job Aids and conduct training sessions and workshops to end users to promote efficiency and adoption,
Support basic system configuration in Workday,
Create and Load EIB’s as necessary.
Skills & Experience you’ll need
2+ Years of HR Technology and Operations experience (Workday experience preferred)
Functional experience and knowledge of HR processes using Workday
Familiar with Workday Configuration and reporting (but not required)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
General awareness of compliance processes (e.g. SOX compliance)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience (HR, Business Ops, Business Administration)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
