Product Manager – Ethics & Compliance (Fixed Term, 1 Year)

Here’s a summary of the role:
If you’re a product manager who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity and wants to shape how organisations handle ethics and compliance in this new AI-enabled era, this role puts you right in the middle of it. You’ll own a whistleblowing and case management platform used by major enterprises, working closely with engineering teams in London and Bangalore to create and ship features that differentiate our product from the competition – from employee reporting tools to AI-powered investigation workflows. This is a fast-moving environment where you’ll need to be comfortable with complexity, technically curious, and confident communicating across every level of the business. It’s a one-year fixed term contract covering maternity leave, with a realistic possibility of extension or permanence for the right person.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Own the product roadmap for a whistleblowing and case management platform (Vault/Speak Up), working with one other product manager and a team of 6–12 engineers to define, prioritise, and ship features
- Work with engineering daily to translate business requirements into well-scoped, deliverable work – managing trade-offs between speed and scope coverage in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborate across a portfolio of Ethics & Compliance products including policy management, compliance training, and conflicts of interest – ensuring your product connects into a broader vision
- Engage with product marketing, senior stakeholders, and commercial teams to communicate what you’re building, why it matters, and what’s coming next
- Conceptualise and shape AI-powered product features – you won’t just be managing a backlog, you’ll be actively ideating how AI can transform compliance workflows
- Pick up and run with a knowledge transfer from the outgoing PM, getting up to speed quickly on a platform that’s been substantially modernised in the last 12 months
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- Demonstrable experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS environment, owning a product end-to-end from discovery through delivery
- Strong technical communication – you can hold a detailed conversation with engineers about APIs, databases, and integrations, and then switch to presenting strategy to senior leadership without missing a beat
- AI fluency – you understand what LLMs are, how AI capabilities can be embedded in products, and can think critically about where AI adds real value versus noise
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace – you’re the kind of PM who creates structure where there is none, and you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Excellent stakeholder management – you can build trust quickly, navigate competing priorities, and communicate clearly across product, engineering, design, and commercial teams
- A bias toward action – you ship, you iterate, you learn, and you don’t let perfect be the enemy of good
It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), legal tech, or ethics and compliance software
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for product management – prototyping with tools like v0, Claude or similar to accelerate your workflow
- Familiarity with working across distributed engineering teams (London and Bangalore in this case)
- Experience with whistleblowing, case management, or employee reporting platforms

Position Overview
Diligent is hiring a Director of Partnerships & Alliances, EMEA to lead the strategy, development, and execution of its regional partner ecosystem.
This role is focused on building a high-impact alliances function with a strong emphasis on GSI, consulting partners, and strategic alliances, while establishing a scalable and disciplined co-sell model across the region.
The position combines strategic ownership and operational execution, requiring a leader who can define direction, activate partnerships, and drive measurable commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will lead a regional team and work cross-functionally to ensure partnerships are fully integrated into Diligent’s GTM approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the EMEA partnerships and alliances strategy, aligned with overall business growth objectives
- Design, implement, and scale a structured co-sell model with strategic partners to drive pipeline and revenue
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of partner and alliance professionals across EMEA
- Build and expand the partner ecosystem, prioritising high-value strategic alliances and consulting partners
- Own senior stakeholder relationships across key partners, ensuring clear alignment on commercial priorities and execution
- Establish joint business planning frameworks with partners, including revenue targets, solution alignment, and go-to-market initiatives
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, ensuring consistent contribution to regional sales performance
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to embed partners into the full customer lifecycle
- Represent Diligent in partner engagements and industry forums across the region
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven experience building and scaling alliances ecosystems across EMEA
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing co-sell models with strategic partners
- Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams
- Deep understanding of partner business models, including GSIs, consulting firms, VARs, and MSPs
- Track record of delivering partner driven pipeline and revenue growth
Preferred
- Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance markets
- Strong experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed organisations
- High level of commercial acumen and strategic planning capability
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM platforms and performance metrics
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Own commercial contract negotiations end-to-end — drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDAs, sales agreements and vendor agreements, using in-house templates and playbooks, and managing the full contract lifecycle through to signature.
- Act as a key point of contact for the commercial teams, triaging and managing incoming sales support tickets and assisting senior counsel on more complex matters.
- Manage end-to-end Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) under GDPR, from initial assessment through to final response, and support with maintaining privacy and compliance documentation.
- Utilise AI tools and develop effective prompts to streamline legal workflows, assist with document review, and manage and update legal templates across the business.
- Support vendor contract reviews and handle ad hoc queries from stakeholders across the business, giving you broad exposure to the full range of commercial legal matters the team deals with.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 2–3+ years’ experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced in-house or private practice environment.
- Demonstrable experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements such as NDAs and sales contracts.
- A solid understanding of GDPR and data protection principles, with hands-on experience managing Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) from receipt through to final response.
- A genuine enthusiasm for legal technology and AI tools, with competence in AI prompting and a willingness to embrace innovation in legal workflows.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with sales, finance, and other business partners.

Position Overview
Diligent is looking for an experienced GRC Advisor to join the team and work on Key accounts to drive adoption and retention and identify areas for expansion within our platform. This position will leverage our GTM, and value drivers established through combining people, process, and technology. The Client Success Advisor role is key to Diligent’s Customer Success retention strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and best practices on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the functionality of the GRC platform and modules to align with clients’ business processes and objectives
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ GRC requirements, objectives, and challenges to recommend tailored solutions to address their business needs and goals
- Collaborate with clients on internal roadmaps, governance, risk, and compliance requirements to be implemented within Diligent’s platform
- Ensure proper understanding and adoption of the platform solutions to identify at-risk clients and help increase usage of the software and modules

Required Experience/Skills
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role withing the legal, audit, risk, or compliance industry.
- Adaptive mindset and ability to drive out a meaningful path to how our customers see tangible business value.
- Ability to build relationships both internally and externally to understand the underpinning needs of Diligent in terms of delivering proposed business value. Understanding of GRC domain, regulations, industry standards, as well as experience with software solutions and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels within an organization and translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess complex business challenges and develop solutions that drive value and automation for clients.

GRC Project Manager

Position Overview:
You are passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven and are fully committed to a beautiful customer experience. You lead customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent solutions, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagements independently or with a team and coordinate task allocation. Continue to deliver Professional Services over the course of the entire customer journey and/or product enablement lifecycle.
- Actively manage projects and mobilize the proper team resources to make sure that projects are delivered successfully; delays and project overruns are minimized; and project efficiencies and budgets are managed.
- Leverage Domain/Product knowledge to expand business through interactions with the customer. Support sales on Discovery Calls, SOW Generation, Scoping, etc.
- Take the lead, in conjunction with SE & CS, to develop strategies and approaches to drive increased adoption of Diligent Solutions and in expansion plays for GRC use cases.
- Spearhead the development of business solutions that leverage the full suite of Diligent products.
- Provide coaching and mentoring of team members on project management and customer enablement
- Continue to develop Domain and Product expertise to provide guidance to customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution through continuous learning and personal development.
- Identify specialty areas of Domain and/or Product to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and prioritize learning and development of those areas.
- Propose, lead, support and execute internal initiatives that benefit the broader team and business
- Support senior management, sales, and solution engineers on potential Business Development activities (Discovery Calls, RFP Response, SOW generation).
- Support Senior Managers in efficient and effective Practice Management and Operational Matters .Including proper resource scheduling, timesheet submission/approvals, profitability, etc.
Required Experience/Skills
- Maintains a consistently high-quality level of work including attention to detail, accuracy, and following processes and procedures with stakeholders and customers.

Territory Management

Most AI roles keep you at arm’s length from the people the agents are supposed to help. This one puts you in the room with them.
We’re building AI agents for risk managers, internal auditors, and compliance professionals, not assistants that surface suggestions, but agents that own complex, multi-step workflows end to end. Agents that an audit team can hand a task to and trust it will come back done. Getting from a promising agent prototype to something a Chief Audit Officer depends on is a completely different discipline to building the prototype. That’s what this role is about.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, roughly 80% of your time is with our biggest enterprise customers across Europe and the US. You’re embedded in their environments, sitting with internal audit teams as they plan an audit programme, with risk functions assessing their control landscape, with compliance teams navigating regulatory obligations. You’re not there to show them what the agents already do. You’re there to understand their world well enough to discover what the agents need to do next.
You run discovery workshops, identify which workflows are genuinely ripe for agentic automation, prototype rapidly, test with real practitioners, and stay until the agent is reliable enough to be trusted.
The other 20% is feeding everything you’ve learned back into the platform. The goal isn’t to accumulate bespoke agent builds, it’s to identify the patterns across risk and audit functions that should be generalised, so every subsequent engagement is faster and the agents get better for everyone.
You sit in Product with a matrix into Engineering , which means you shape both the agent roadmap and the technical decisions that make agents work in production.
This is not a sales role and it’s not consulting.
You write code. You build evaluation infrastructure. You design golden datasets grounded in real audit and risk workflows. You catch agent regressions before a customer’s compliance team does. You’re accountable for outcomes.
The Hard Parts of Agentic AI Are Your Domain
Silent regressions when a model updates. Context window degradation across long audit workflows. Prompt instability under varied user inputs. Non-deterministic outputs in environments where a compliance officer needs to explain every decision to a regulator. You know these failure modes and you know how to build the guardrails, tracing, and evaluation infrastructure that prevents them.
The Customer Environment
Enterprise GRC, global banks, large regulated corporates, sophisticated internal audit and risk functions across Europe and the US. You don’t need a compliance background, but you need the curiosity to learn it fast and the presence to earn trust with senior risk and audit professionals. These are people whose professional reputations depend on getting this right; that’s a good reason to make the agents actually reliable.
Travel is a meaningful part of this role. You’ll be on-site regularly with enterprise customers across EU and US markets. If you’re energised by variety, different industries, different regulatory cultures, different stages of agent maturity - this will suit you well.

- Prepare demo assets, technical diagrams, and supporting materials for customer engagements
- Confidently present to technical, business, and executive stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management to:
- Stay current on new capabilities and roadmap
- Provide structured feedback from customer engagements
- Collaborate with Marketing on webinars, conferences, and thought-leadership initiatives
- Support internal enablement by sharing reusable demo assets and technical patterns
Required Experience/Skills
Technical Background
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Pre-sales engineering
- Technical consulting
- Solutions architecture
- Software implementation or integration roles
- Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with:
- REST APIs
- Data handling and transformation
- Automation scripts and tooling
- Familiarity with common Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, Requests)
- Exposure to:
- Workflow automation platforms
- Data pipelines or ETL processes
- Security, audit, or compliance tooling
- Experience building demo environments or reusable technical accelerators
Enterprise & Customer-Facing Experience
- Experience supporting enterprise or regulated customers
- Experience working in customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and complex buying committees
- Proven ability to balance technical depth with business value articulation
Domain & Mindset
- Strong interest in Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Data Analytics
- Experience with GRC platforms, regulated industries, or enterprise data workflows is a strong plus
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
