We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to help define and execute the product roadmap for new expansion opportunities at ClassPass.

The Role You’ll Play:
- Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and researchers to identify and deliver high-impact product opportunities
- Define and drive the squad roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic investments
- Partner across product, engineering, design, and business teams to bring new features from concept through launch and optimization
- Build and scale consumer and partner-facing experiences that support ClassPass’s expansion into new markets and categories
- Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform product decisions and continuously improve user experience
- Align stakeholders across the organization, incorporating diverse perspectives to strengthen outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve underlying systems, processes, and user journeys to maximize business and customer value
Experience You Bring:
- Experience shipping impactful products and navigating complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of how products are built, including APIs, system integrations, and data structures
- Comfort working with data—defining metrics, analyzing performance, and translating insights into action
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems and drive clarity, prioritization, and execution
- Effective communicator and collaborator who can influence across teams and levels
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a bias toward learning, iteration, and continuous improvement
- 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment

The Role You’ll Play
- Build and maintain performant backend systems and applications that drive real-world experiences
- Partner with Product, Design, and QA to bring features to life from ideation through deployment, always iterating with the end-user in mind.
- Champion engineering best practices—automated testing, peer reviews, observability, and elegant design
- Lead and influence architecture decisions that prioritize scalability and simplicity
- Seek feedback, iterate fast, and balance innovation with reliability
- Approach development with empathy—understanding how your work supports both our partners and their communities
- Mentor others and help foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture
Experience You Bring
- You care about writing great code and solving the right problems. You’re energized by big-picture thinking and grounded in delivering value with clarity and care.
- Senior-level experience developing large-scale SaaS applications
- Proficiency with languages like Kotlin, Java, .NET, C#, Typescript, or JavaScript
- Experience designing APIs and working with microservice architecture
- Familiarity with observability tools like New Relic or Kibana
- Deep understanding of SQL and relational databases
- An agile mindset and a strong grasp of software development lifecycle practices
- Ability to navigate complexity, assess tradeoffs, and execute with confidence
- Excellent communicator who brings others along and helps ideas stick

- Languages: Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, C#
- Architecture: Microservices
- Monitoring: New Relic, Kibana
- Databases: SQL and relational data modeling
