JOB SUMMARY:

The Systems Engineer at Christ Fellowship manages  the Production (audio, video, lighting) based technical infrastructure across all campus locations, and ensures that system performance is optimal for each application.

JOB DUTIES:

• Identify and resolve incidents involving audio, RF, video, lighting, communications, networking.
• Configure and maintain LED video wall displays and associated processing.
• Maintain device network connectivity, IP tables, and IP organization. 
• Integrate new systems upgrades and expansions. 
• Research equipment and develop proposals that pertain to AVL projects at different campuses.
• Maintain engineering and one line drawings for each project and location.
• Maintain contingency inventory and deploying equipment. 
• Monitor technical systems to ensure its stability and conduct preventative maintenance. 
• Administrative duties such as reconciling vendor invoices and monthly expense reports.
• Attend scheduled programming and review meetings.
• Serve at scheduled CF events.
• Look for opportunities to further develop your skill through industry relevant education.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

CERTIFICATES, and REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proven technical aptitude. 
• Thorough knowledge of Production based electrical systems and requirements.
• Operational knowledge of foundational production systems: Audio, video & lighting.
• Working knowledge of information technology systems.
• Working knowledge of network based production protocols. 
• Working knowledge of control systems is a plus (Q-Sys, Crestron, Kramer).
• Experience in interpreting and referencing one line/design drawings. 
• Safety certifications ETCP, ESTA, USITT a plus. 
• CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D a plus.

JOB SUMMARY:

The primary responsibilities of the Production Manager are to create engaging experiences by coaching production volunteers and staff to produce excellent events/services, aligning teams around the production standards set by the core production manager and ensuring that events/services are adequately scheduled and staffed. The Production Manager may be assigned to any of our locations and reports to their Campus Pastor.

JOB DUTIES:

• Leading production teams to create engaging weekend and student ministries experiences.
• Managing the process of recruiting, scheduling, training, and coaching volunteers to provide production support in main auditoriums, classrooms, and CFKids auditoriums.
• Managing content transfers and deliveries, and preparing content for event playback.
• Preparing and maintaining the campus auditorium, classrooms, and CFKids auditoriums; ensure that equipment is clean, updated, labeled, and fully functional at all times.
• Performing and maintaining quarterly preventative maintenance for production equipment & systems.
• Maintaining production supplies and storage (i.e. batteries, gaff tape, etc.). 
• Maintaining a working knowledge (i.e. operation and assembly) of production equipment & systems.
• Assisting with core projects & events.
• Completing weekly quality reports on events & services at your location.
• Attending CF staff meetings, weekly production meetings, debrief meetings, and additional meetings as required.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors, Associates or Technical Degree in relevant field and 2+ years’ experience, or 4+ years’ experience in live production environments.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent operational knowledge in at least one production discipline; audio, video (preferred), or lighting.
• Proven aesthetic aptitude and orientation to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience in training, managing, and mentoring volunteers.
• Extensive experience loading in/out and setting/striking production equipment.
• In depth knowledge of stage management procedures and safety, i.e. electrical, cable paths, storage & organization.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Assistant in Christ Fellowship’s Campus Production Team provides overall general assistance to the Production Manager in the coordination of campus production logistics, operation of campus production systems, and volunteer onboarding/care. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Maintain the process of recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and training volunteers. 

• Facilitate weekly check-ins with production volunteers.
• Operate and troubleshoot production equipment across audio, video, and lighting systems.
• Assist with the preparation and transfers of content for weekends and events.
• Assist with the management of supplies and inventory. 

EDUCATION:

Completed or undergraduate degree in progress

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES and/or REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Operational knowledge in at least one production discipline; audio, video (preferred), or lighting.
• Experience loading in/out and setting/striking production equipment.

JOB SUMMARY:

The primary responsibilities of the Audio Visual Technician are to operate production equipment and provide technical support for breakouts, classes, training, as well as events and/or weekend experiences.This position requires problem solving aptitude, flexibility and may require working evenings, weekends and/or holidays. This position also requires travel between multiple Christ Fellowship locations.

JOB DUTIES:

• Collaborating with the Central Production Manager to provide support for scheduled events.
• Conference / Classroom setup and management / troubleshooting.
• Audio / Video equipment setup for outdoor environments.
• Partnering with location Production Managers to provide technical assistance during weekend experiences and events.
• Attending CF staff meetings, debrief meetings, and additional meetings as required.
• Filling out regular quality reports on events/services.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years of experience working with audio visual equipment in a theater or event setting, or a degree in a related field.
• Basic understanding of signal flow.
• Knowledge of stage management procedures and safety; electrical, cable paths, storage etc.
• Experience supporting / troubleshooting devices such as laptop computers, desktop computers,conference room display TV’s or projection based displays.
• Experience in the basic installation, configuration and operation of computer operating systems,applications and hardware for Mac, PC, networks and servers.
• Ability to move/lift 50+ lbs. and set up stage, audio, video and lighting equipment with care.
• A drive to continually learn new skills and technologies

The Audio Engineer at Christ Fellowship looks after creating highly memorable and emotionally engaging sonic experiences. This role receives direct oversight from the Production Director and may be assigned to different campus locations. • Collaborate with the Central Production department, Campus Worship Pastor, and Campus Pastor to prepare for the weekend experience.
• Strive to create a sonically smooth and studio-grade weekend audio experience.
• Integrate new equipment upgrades and expansions.
• Manage and update consoles and stage patching/pinning.
• Maintain all audio systems and areas to efficient, organized, and updated states.
• Look for opportunities to further develop your skill by attending concerts & conferences.
• Develop and propose new system and equipment expansions.
• Work scheduled CF events.
• Attend scheduled programming and review meetings.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors, Associates or Technical Degree in relevant field and 2+ years’ experience, or 4+ years’ experience mixing audio in live production environments.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Must be eligible to work in the US (H-1B Visa sponsorships not available).
• Fluent with Avid VENUE and Yamaha digital audio console operation.
• Operational knowledge of Avid ProTools.
• Working knowledge of audio plugins (i.e. Waves, McDSP etc.).
• Working knowledge of RTA software.
• Working knowledge of networked audio systems (i.e. AVB, Dante, A-Net).
• Skilled in wireless microphone/IEM frequency coordination.
• Experience mixing backline instrumentation, i.e., drums, bass, electric guitar.
