The CFStudents Lead Coordinator looks after all aspects of CFStudent Ministry, focusing primarily on Campus Ministry, VIVE events, weekly CFStudents Service with Groups, and Weekend serving opportunities for students. This position acts as a supervisor for all CFStudents paid staff and volunteers on the campus and reports to the Campus Pastor and the Central Director of Student Ministries. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position.

• Serving and caring for students and their families at the campus level. 
• Leading CFStudents weekly experiences, including Wednesdays and the MIX, and helping events (Camps, Retreats, etc.) and various projects within CFStudents.

Within our program, college interns have the invaluable opportunity to learn from experienced leaders in a supportive team environment that fosters both personal and professional growth. The College Internship Program consists of 25 hours of work per week and runs from August 17, 2026 to August 6, 2027.

• Have completed at least their Sophomore year of college (60 credit hours) and are at least one year removed from High School
• Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Believe they have a vocational call of ministry on their lives

• Be in good academic standing and maintain a semester GPA of 3.0 or higher

The primary responsibilities of the Production Manager are to create engaging experiences by coaching production volunteers and staff to produce excellent events/services, aligning teams around the production standards set by the core production manager and ensuring that events/services are adequately scheduled and staffed. The Production Manager may be assigned to any of our locations and reports to their Campus Pastor.

• Leading production teams to create engaging weekend and student ministries experiences.

The Missions Coordinator at Christ Fellowship oversees the planning and execution of  Missions events, local and international missions in a fast-paced, diverse, multi-site ministry environment. Our Missions Coordinators will organize and oversee multiple, concurrent projects from volunteer recruitment through project logistics and budget stewardship and reconciliation. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Serves as primary point of contact and owner for all activities related to local missions, international missions  and  missions events and opportunities at the campus level.  Expectation would be that you would lead one international mission trip a year.

The Facilities Specialist at the Belle Glade location assists in the care and upkeep of all buildings and grounds.
