The role
We’re looking for a Principal Programme Delivery Manager to join our PMO team and lead the execution of some of Boku’s most strategic, high-impact initiatives.
This is a senior, hands-on role at the centre of cross-functional delivery, translating business strategy into structured, executable programmes that drive real commercial outcomes.
You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Compliance and external partners to deliver complex, multi-workstream programmes, helping us scale globally in a fast-moving, regulated fintech environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, building programmes from the ground up, and influencing stakeholders to deliver meaningful results - without needing direct line management.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Manager (TM) to join us on a 6-months contract, leading the implementation of the Boku Group’s global Transfer Pricing (TP) policies and support compliance with Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO) regulations.
The TM will collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Legal, Treasury, HR, and external advisors to ensure that intercompany transactions are TP compliant, well-documented, and aligned with international standards.
This is a high-impact role with global scope and visibility across the organization.

The Role
The Director of Brand & Content owns Boku’s narrative, positioning, and voice in the market, translating that narrative into high‑impact content that supports brand authority, go‑to‑market execution, and account‑level growth.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for someone who can set strategy and execute, build foundations where limited structure exists, and make clear trade‑offs to keep momentum. The role owns brand and content strategy end to end, spanning positioning, messaging, thought leadership, website, PR, social, events, and editorial governance.
You will work closely with Sales, Demand, Product, and leadership to ensure content directly supports GTM priorities and demand‑generation motions.

Role Purpose: Finance Project Manager- 9 Month Contract
This role plays a critical role in delivering Finance transformation and change initiatives, combining hands-on Business Analysis with end-to-end project delivery responsibilities. The primary focus will be the implementation of a Finance Target Operating Model (TOM), including— as a priority — the delivery of a transaction-level sub-ledger capability. Acting as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, the role holder will own planning, coordination, and delivery of finance initiatives while also leading detailed requirements analysis, process design, and stakeholder engagement. The role bridges Finance, Technology, and Operations, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, delivered on time, and embedded successfully into the business.
The ideal candidate will have strong finance domain knowledge, experience delivering technology-enabled change, and confidence operating in agile and hybrid delivery environments. They will be comfortable managing scope, risks, and dependencies while also producing high-quality documentation and process models. A professional accountancy qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
