We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Manager (TM) to join us on a 6-months contract, leading the implementation of the Boku Group’s global Transfer Pricing (TP) policies and support compliance with Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO) regulations.
The TM will collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Legal, Treasury, HR, and external advisors to ensure that intercompany transactions are TP compliant, well-documented, and aligned with international standards.
This is a high-impact role with global scope and visibility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Transfer Pricing
- Coordinate with external advisors to benchmark intercompany services and prepare TP documentation (Master File and Local File(s))
- Review and update intercompany service agreements in collaboration with Legal
- Draft and maintain an internal TP manual that outlines policy and calculation methodology
- Deliver internal training to key stakeholders on TP policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Finance on TP invoicing, reconciliation of intercompany balances, and other related processes
- Support TP considerations for market expansion and entry into new jurisdictions
Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO)
- Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to support the implementation of CCO compliance across the Group
- Ensure policies and processes are in place to mitigate CCO-related risks
Key Skills and Competencies
- Solid, hands-on experience with transfer pricing, ideally gained in an in-house role
- Strong understanding of international tax compliance, including preparation of TP documentation and service agreements
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- CCO compliance experience is a plus, but not essential
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects
Qualifications
- Tax qualifications (e.g. UK ATT & CTA) desirable
- Accounting qualifications (e.g. ACA or equivalent) desirable

Role Purpose
We are looking for a strong and highly collaborative Accounts Receivable Specialist, to join our Finance team on fixed-term contract with an initial duration of 12 months. The Accounts Receivable Team is responsible for preparing the accounting entries, producing statements and invoices, and managing credit control to ensure Carrier/Wallet Partners cash is received timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly and daily preparation of Carrier/Wallet Partners invoices/account statements
- Assist in the checking of the monthly and daily Carrier/Wallet Partners reconciliations
- Support the Reconciliation/Accounts Receivable Team in identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Follow up with Carrier/Wallet Partners to ensure timely receipt of payment
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records for compliance and audit purposes
- Adhere to Boku’s financial processes and use with Boku’s accounting system
- Closing of month end financial tasks within agreed time constraints
- Producing monthly financial and receivable reports summary for management
- Support with internal and external audit requests
Measures of Success
- Correctness of accounting entries and accuracy of produced reports/documents
- Timely issuance of Carrier/Wallet Partners invoices/account statements
- Timely completion of audit requests
- Timely closing of month-end financial tasks
Key Skills and Competencies
- Experience in working in an Accounts Receivable team is preferable
- Successful in building and maintaining relationships with Partners
- Exceptional attention to detail, with an analytical mindset
- Has the ability to identify reconciliation variances and determine their root causes
- Comfortable working with large datasets, performing variance analysis, and systemising and reconciling data across multiple sources
- Strong excel skills to identify inconsistencies and automate reconciliation tasks
- Experience of accounting systems
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge and add value
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines, prioritising and managing workload
- Proactive individual able to work as part of a team or on their own and accustomed to operating in a professional but friendly environment
Qualifications
- Prefer: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Prefer: Experience of working with Cross-Functional and International teams

Role Purpose: Finance Project Manager- 9 Month Contract
This role plays a critical role in delivering Finance transformation and change initiatives, combining hands-on Business Analysis with end-to-end project delivery responsibilities. The primary focus will be the implementation of a Finance Target Operating Model (TOM), including— as a priority — the delivery of a transaction-level sub-ledger capability. Acting as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, the role holder will own planning, coordination, and delivery of finance initiatives while also leading detailed requirements analysis, process design, and stakeholder engagement. The role bridges Finance, Technology, and Operations, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, delivered on time, and embedded successfully into the business.
The ideal candidate will have strong finance domain knowledge, experience delivering technology-enabled change, and confidence operating in agile and hybrid delivery environments. They will be comfortable managing scope, risks, and dependencies while also producing high-quality documentation and process models. A professional accountancy qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to enterprise projects including GL/ERP and Sub Ledger upgrades and implementations, internal payment system changes, and automation initiatives.
Project Management & Delivery
- Own the delivery of Finance transformation workstreams, including planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and reporting.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, and assumptions, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (Finance, Technology, Operations, and third parties) to ensure aligned execution.
- Support governance forums by preparing status updates, decision papers, and RAID logs.
- Drive delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologies, ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives.
Business Analysis & Change
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Document current-state and future-state processes using BPMN 2.0, identifying gaps, control impacts, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear delivery artefacts.
- Act as a Finance subject matter liaison between operational teams, technology, and external partners.
- Support testing activities including test planning, UAT coordination, defect triage, and resolution.
- Support implementation and adoption through process documentation, training materials, and stakeholder workshops.
- Maintain clear, auditable documentation across requirements, design decisions, testing, risks, and issues to meet governance and compliance standards.
Professional Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager ideally in Financial Services, Payments, or Fintech environments
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automated, event-driven accounting frameworks based on transaction-level messaging data
- Exposure to ERP systems and associated O2C, P2P and R2R processes
- Understanding of data models and data architectures including master data management
- Preferably experience with technology-led financial services (e.g., e-money, digital wallets, settlement platforms) or financial products
- An understanding of payments business models, funds flow architecture, and FX (foreign exchange) operations would also be helpful
Technical Skills
- Skills in BPMN 2.0 process mapping using tools such as Visio
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence and comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experienced in documenting requirements and writing user stories
- Experienced in managing testing and defect resolution, including UAT
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills including ability to communicate findings and proposals clearly using PowerPoint presentations
