This role supports the conceptualization, execution, and integration of data-driven projects for commercial efforts in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. You will drive innovation and creative solutions within various work streams and provide thought leadership. We'll trust you to:

Work with cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.

Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies.

Contribute to Beghou’s internal data warehouse build.

Demonstrate knowledge of data platform components (warehouse, monitoring, etc.) and data engineering (ETL design, schema design, etc.) and CI/CD best practices.

Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights, communicating results to both internal and external teams.

Work on projects, handling client communications, meeting facilitation, and timelines, serving as a primary point of contact with minimal oversight.

Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.

Coordinate with global and diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Contribute to internal firm initiatives to drive organizational growth.

You will need to have:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Experience with one or more additional UI-based ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, Informatica, SnapLogic, Boomi, Prophecy), preferred.

Experience with relational database technologies, such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Databricks, Snowflake.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel.

Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., SAS, Python, R, VBA) and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $110,000.

We are seeking a high-impact Accounting Manager to help lead and scale our accounting operations. This role is a key leader within the Finance function, reporting to the Controller and partnering closely with the CFO, FP&A, India finance team, external auditors, tax advisors, and operational leaders across the firm.

We’ll trust you to:

Financial Close & Reporting Leadership

Lead core components of the monthly close process to achieve a consistent 5–7 business day close.

Review and approve journal entries, accruals, allocations, and complex reconciliations.

Oversee preparation and review of monthly financial statements and management reporting packages.

Strengthen balance sheet governance, ensuring reconciliations are timely, well-supported, and documented.

Partner with FP&A to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and departmental reporting.

Revenue Recognition & Technical Accounting

Support application of ASC 606 (and IFRS 15 where applicable) for professional services revenue, including T&M, fixed-fee, multi-element arrangements, and long-term contracts.

Review revenue postings, contract data flow, and invoicing processes within Sage Intacct and related systems.

Support technical accounting analyses, including capitalized development costs, lease accounting, and complex accruals.

Assist the Controller with accounting position papers and implementation of new standards or policies.

Systems, Automation & Process Improvement

Serve as a power user of Sage Intacct, including multi-entity structures, consolidations, FX considerations, and prepaid/fixed asset modules.

Partner on integrations across Intacct, Planful, Ramp, Ruddr, ADP, and banking platforms to reduce manual workflows and spreadsheet dependency.

Lead documentation and enhancement of SOPs across core processes (monthly close, revenue posting, cash receipts, expense coding, prepaid amortization, sales tax, etc.).

Identify process gaps in a scaling environment and proactively implement improvements.

Audit, Tax & Compliance Support

Manage preparation and review of audit schedules and coordinate responses to external auditors.

Support tax compliance by preparing schedules for federal, state, local, and international filings.

Support sales tax filings and multi-state compliance processes.

Assist with shareholder reporting, tax distribution calculations, and K-1 support.

Treasury & Operational Oversight

Oversee daily cash activity, working capital visibility, and banking transactions.

Review A/R aging, A/P processes, and expense management workflows.

Monitor recurring obligations (e.g., debt service, utilities, leases) and ensure timely processing and documentation.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

Directly manage and develop Senior Accountants and Staff Accountants.

Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, and development pathways.

We are seeking a technically strong and highly accountable Senior Accountant to own critical components of the monthly close and financial reporting process. This role reports to the Accounting Manager and plays a central role in maintaining accurate books, strengthening controls, and supporting a disciplined yet agile finance organization.

Month-End Close & General Accounting

Perform balance sheet reconciliations with clear documentation and variance explanations.

Support delivery of a 5–7 business day close through disciplined execution and collaboration.

Maintain detailed support for working papers including revenue, payroll, prepaids, passthrough costs, leases, and capitalized development.

Revenue & Project Accounting

Support ASC 606 (and IFRS 15 where applicable) to professional services arrangements.

Maintain revenue documentation and support contract line-item data integrity within Intacct.

Reconcile invoicing activity between Ruddr, Intacct, and related systems.

Assist with billing processes and process enhancements.

Multi-Entity & International Support

Record and reconcile intercompany transactions.

Support consolidations and FX adjustments within Sage Intacct.

Assist with India and Canada entity reporting and coordination.

Help validate transfer pricing entries and related documentation.

Expense, Cash & Operational Accounting

Review and reconcile A/P and expense coding in Ramp and Intacct.

Support cash application and cash forecast inputs.

Assist with sales tax filings and state compliance support.

Prepare recurring schedules for debt, insurance, leases, and centralized charges.

Audit & Compliance Support

Prepare audit PBC schedules and provide supporting documentation.

Assist with tax schedules and information requests.

Ensure compliance with documented SOPs and internal controls.

Systems & Continuous Improvement

Act as a systems-oriented accountant, identifying opportunities to automate manual processes.

Help document and refine SOPs for recurring processes (close, revenue posting, prepaid amortization, etc.).

Support ongoing finance technology improvements across Sage Intacct, Planful, Ramp, and ADP.

You’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred or actively pursuing.

4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus).

Strong GAAP knowledge with demonstrated experience in ASC 606.

You'll need to have:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, and payer MDM or other centralized data management solutions in the US pharmaceuticals market

MDM experience in Oncology therapeutic area preferred

CDW experience in US Pharmaceuticals market preferred

Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills required.

Coding skills in Python, R or SAS required

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 to $220,000.

We are seeking an experienced individual to lead the implementation and delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) to drive the design, execution, and delivery of high-impact MDM systems for leading pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. In this strategic role, you will not only oversee the MDM projects—from concept to implementation—but also serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying future growth opportunities and evolving business needs.

We’ll trust you to:

Lead end-to-end MDM projects focused on HCP, HCO, and payer data for commercial operations.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scope, develop strategic approaches, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, managing stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with third-party data vendors to establish data exchanges, monitor data quality, and resolve discrepancies.

Manage project budgets, draft Statements of Work (SOWs), and oversee client invoicing and financial summaries.

Synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations for clients, presenting complex technical information with clarity and impact.

Lead internal initiatives related to product development, process improvement, and team growth.

Provide mentorship and professional development support to junior team members; act as a Professional Development Manager where applicable.

Foster an inclusive and innovative team culture, collaborating with cross-functional teams—including global teams—across multiple time zones.

You'll need to have:

At least 6 years of professional experience, with a focus on master data or commercial data strategy in the US pharma/life sciences industry

Proven track record implementing HCP, HCO, or payer MDM platforms

Strong knowledge of MDM systems (e.g., Reltio) and data integration technologies

Proficiency in Python and advanced Excel; strong command of PowerPoint and Word

Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

Strong project and people management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams

Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and commercial data flows in pharma
