Purpose of the Position
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional service-oriented team, working on extending and maintaining our Affiliate Marketing platform. Your responsibilities include writing clean, secure, and well-tested code, following best-practice guidelines, and collaborating with the team to operate and enhance assigned parts of the platform.
You will have a significant impact in terms of efficiency, problem-solving, and mentoring colleagues. Additionally, you will work closely with the product owner and team members to translate user needs into technical solutions. Throughout the lifecycle of a service or product, from requirements to deployment, support, and maintenance, you will take a leading role, considering deadlines, balancing effort and outcome, and proactively addressing risks.
Your contribution will be vital in overcoming challenges and ensuring that our service continues to meet the needs of our business and customers.
The Team
You will be joining our Rewards tribe, a cross functional team at the core of the business. We enable advertisers to define how they reward publishers and manage commissions and transactions using an event‑driven architecture. We use an exciting array of technologies, including Java/Spring, AWS Lambda, Kafka, NodeJS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and more.

Purpose of Position
The eCommerce Compliance & Fraud Specialist (internal job title: Senior Network Quality Intelligence Specialist) plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity, trust, and commercial viability of the Awin network. This role goes beyond standard investigation and operational support, requiring deep expertise in affiliate marketing, tracking technologies, and fraud methodologies.
This individual will lead complex fraud investigations, proactively identify emerging risks, and contribute to the design and evolution of network-wide fraud prevention strategies. They will act as a subject matter expert (SME) within the Network Quality team, supporting both day-to-day operations and higher-level strategic initiatives.
The role requires a strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, understand attribution mechanics (CPA, CPC, hybrid models), and identify nuanced patterns of abuse across the affiliate ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in affiliate fraud, understands how bad actors operate, and can translate that knowledge into scalable detection and prevention mechanisms.

Purpose of Position
The Social Media and Community Manager will be responsible for owning and executing Awin’s global social media and community management strategy. Reporting to the Global Head of Brand and Communications, you will be the voice of our brand, a charismatic digital conversationalist able to effortlessly communicate with our customers to tell the Awin story and solve their needs, no matter how big or small.

Purpose of Position
Our People & Culture (P&C) team is central to Awin’s success, and consists of around 30 people worldwide. We are looking for a new team member, which could be you!
Working closely with the other P&CBPs as well as P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, as Senior P&C Business Partner you will act as the main point of contract for managers in your assigned your business areas, while continuously building a relationship of trust and added value; approaching problems in a data and solutions oriented way.
This role will be specifically supporting our Global Finance and our Managed Services teams in DACH, Poland and Sweden.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract for circa 17 months between July 2026 and February 2028, with a possibility of extension.
Location: Iasi, Romania.
Office presence 2-3 days a week.

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help us build the next generation of AI-native products at Awin. Weʼre looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to support our Enterprise Integrations team, and achieve excellent service for our customers.
You
Working within one of our agile Engineering teams, this role reports to an Engineering Manager. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, and product managers to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and well-tested software for our award-winning marketing platform.
You are responsible for writing clean, secure and well-tested code. You follow best-practice guidelines and help to improve those guidelines, your code is open by default and easy for others to reuse. You are part of a team and with the team extend, maintain and operate assigned parts of our platform.
You coach and mentor more junior colleagues, participate in knowledge-sharing activities both within your team and the wider Engineering practice. You will guide your team by establishes standards, best practices, and policies.
You have a good understanding of the user needs within your service and work with the product owner and other team members to translate these into technical solutions. You work through the entire lifecycle of a service or product, from understanding requirements, development to deployment, support and maintenance. You show an understanding for deadlines, find pragmatic solutions and are proactive in raising potential risks.
You will help the team in solving the challenges that arise as our business grows and develops; working together to ensure the service continues to meet the needs of our business and its customers.
The Team
You will be joining Team Coral in our Advertiser Tribe, part of the Growth Domain. This team are dedicated to providing bespoke solutions to integrate their systems with our own.
As a team responsible for whose work d delivering some of the most in-demand features for our customers, To understand their needs and pains, youʼll occasionally have contact with our customers, and your work here will be visible. Every change you make can have a positive impact on our customers.
Team Coral practice scrum and youʼll have the opportunity to bring new ideas to the team whether this is introducing alternative ways to solve problems, enhancements to our ways of working, or bringing new insights to your teammates in the best practices for a new technology.
Along with access to the OʼReilly learning platform, hackathons, and cross-team initiatives, will provide plenty of opportunities to learn and gain experience from people in the many other teams across the engineering department at Awin.
