Purpose of Position
The eCommerce Compliance & Fraud Specialist (internal job title: Senior Network Quality Intelligence Specialist) plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity, trust, and commercial viability of the Awin network. This role goes beyond standard investigation and operational support, requiring deep expertise in affiliate marketing, tracking technologies, and fraud methodologies.
This individual will lead complex fraud investigations, proactively identify emerging risks, and contribute to the design and evolution of network-wide fraud prevention strategies. They will act as a subject matter expert (SME) within the Network Quality team, supporting both day-to-day operations and higher-level strategic initiatives.
The role requires a strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, understand attribution mechanics (CPA, CPC, hybrid models), and identify nuanced patterns of abuse across the affiliate ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in affiliate fraud, understands how bad actors operate, and can translate that knowledge into scalable detection and prevention mechanisms.

Purpose of Position
The Social Media and Community Manager will be responsible for owning and executing Awin’s global social media and community management strategy. Reporting to the Global Head of Brand and Communications, you will be the voice of our brand, a charismatic digital conversationalist able to effortlessly communicate with our customers to tell the Awin story and solve their needs, no matter how big or small.

Our People & Culture (P&C) team is central to Awin’s success, and consists of around 30 people worldwide. We are looking for a new team member, which could be you!
Working closely with the other P&CBPs as well as P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, as Senior P&C Business Partner you will act as the main point of contract for managers in your assigned your business areas, while continuously building a relationship of trust and added value; approaching problems in a data and solutions oriented way.
This role will be specifically supporting our Global Finance and our Managed Services teams in DACH, Poland and Sweden.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract for circa 17 months between July 2026 and February 2028, with a possibility of extension.
Location: Iasi, Romania.
Office presence 2-3 days a week.

Purpose of Position
The Retention & Growth Manager is responsible for managing and negotiating customer transitions to new MarTech contracts at both local and global market levels. The role is accountable for delivering against targets set by the R&G Team Leader.
The position reports directly to the local R&G Team Leader, who provides day-to-day line management and training. The broader R&G function reports into the Head of Retention & Growth, ensuring alignment across markets on processes, performance tracking, and reporting.
The role at its core will require ownership of customer relationships on the topic of renegotiations, upsell, and downgrade opportunities – ending in signed contracts.
For the purpose of Retention & Growth this role will be expected to liaise with many other departments within the business including Client Services, GtM, GBOps, Legal, Info-sec, Finance and our technical teams to name the most common.
The R&G team are committed to working as a virtual team – exchanging knowledge, aligning processes, and delivering data and insights from their teams. This team is also likely to support other market R&G teams where needed and therefore not isolated to one single market support.
This position is a 12-month temporary contract.
