SUMMARY

The Manager, Analytics is responsible for leading a team of BI developers and analysts to deliver reliable, high-performance business intelligence solutions in line with company strategy. This role emphasizes data modeling, ETL development, dashboard/report creation, and ensuring robust data pipelines. The Manager will collaborate closely with Product Management, IT, and business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making company-wide.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI and analytics professionals, including guidance on best practices for data modeling, ETL, and reporting.
• Collaborate with product managers, business units, and stakeholders to gather and clarify BI requirements and to translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Architect, enhance, and support data warehouses and analytic data marts, primarily utilizing Jasper Server, Power BI and Snowflake.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of ETL processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data integrations from multiple sources.
• Ensure projects are tracked in JIRA, with thorough code reviews, data quality checks, and UAT/testing prior to deployment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for the BI and Analytics team.
• Drive continuous improvement in BI processes, adoption of new tools/technologies, and foster a culture of data quality and governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, working with engineering and business teams as needed to remove blockers.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and business analysts to provide actionable BI solutions across teams.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries and performance tuning.
• Extensive hands-on experience with multiple reporting and BI tools such as Jasper Server, MicroStrategy, Sisense, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI etc .
• Extensive hands-on experience with multiple database platforms such as MySQL, Postgresql, Snowflake.
• 3+ years in a BI/Analytics management or senior/lead BI developer role within a software development company.
• Experience architecting and supporting distributed BI systems/cloud analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, data modeling (star/snowflake schemas), and data governance.
• Proven success managing multiple projects with Agile methodologies, especially involving large data sets and complex reporting requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical work into business value for non-technical audiences.

The Client Program Manager will own strategic and key client accounts, combining program management expertise with client success leadership. This role ensures the delivery of large-scale SaaS client programs while driving adoption, retention, and growth. Acting as both a trusted advisor and program leader, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and maintain strong client relationships to maximize value and impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee multiple projects and teams within strategic client programs, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and work plans.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide detailed management reporting and status updates to stakeholders.

Client Success

• Serve as the primary voice for strategic clients, nurturing relationships and identifying additional stakeholders.
• Conduct regular Success Planning and QBR sessions to demonstrate value and define next steps.
• Act as a trusted advisor on product functionality, best practices, and program recommendations.
• Drive adoption and expansion of Avetta’s platform through proactive engagement and training.
• Partner with Account Management, Implementation, and Professional Services to support growth and mitigate risk.
• Advocate for client needs internally, influencing process and product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with regional Client Success Managers on global complex initiatives to ensure regional execution and alignment success.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide team members on best practices and process improvements.
• Participate in special projects, NPIs, and cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8 years of combined program management and client success experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs and major enterprise accounts concurrently.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Wrike, Jira, Confluence, SFDC, and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel minimum 10%.

IDEAL EDUCATION & TRAINING:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent experience.

This role blends account management, retention strategy, and consultative upsell into one high-impact motion. The SRM serves as the single point of accountability for supplier retention outcomes while influencing process improvement across multiple departments. This is a hybrid role, working three days a week in our beautiful Sydney office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a defined portfolio of suppliers with full lifecycle accountability (onboarding through renewal and reactivation)
• Deliver proactive, data-driven outreach based on health score signals, risk triggers, and lifecycle milestones
• Forecast renewals accurately using best/worst/likely modeling and document risks, saves, and objections
• Lead renewal and objection-handling conversations with empathy, confidence, and commercial acumen
• Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning supplier needs with product value
• Own escalation recovery and coordinate with Support, Billing, and Onboarding to remove friction
• Interpret usage data and campaign performance to optimize engagement and retention outcomes
• Partner with product, billing, and operations teams to influence internal processes and improve the supplier experience

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

• 3–6 years of experience in customer success, account management, renewals, or supplier relationship roles (B2B SaaS or compliance-driven environments strongly preferred)
• Proven track record managing a book of business with measurable retention or revenue impact
• Strong communication, objection handling, and commercial negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot); able to forecast and track performance with precision

Avetta’s Implementation Project Manager (IPM) supports the successful delivery of client onboarding and implementation projects, partnering with customers to ensure a smooth transition onto the Avetta platform. This role manages client implementations or defined workstreams within larger programs, focusing on timely delivery, clear communication, and high-quality execution.

The IPM works closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to coordinate project activities, track progress, and resolve issues. This role follows established implementation methodologies and is supported by senior team members for more complex scenarios. The position offers strong growth potential into more advanced project leadership responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Implementation Delivery

• Manage client implementations or specific workstreams within larger projects.
• Support client onboarding activities including kickoff meetings, timelines, and status updates.
• Gather client requirements and assist in translating business needs into system configurations and setup activities.
• Guide clients through standard onboarding processes, ensuring clarity on timelines, roles, and expectations.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking using established tools and templates.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams.
• Ensure system configurations and setups are completed, tested, and validated prior to go-live.

Client Communication & Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication during implementation.
• Provide regular status updates and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and next steps.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist clients during go-live preparation and execution.
• Help address client questions and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Process Adherence & Continuous Improvement

• Follow established implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute feedback to improve processes, templates, and client experience.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Participate in team training and development activities to build implementation expertise.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Exposure to SaaS, software implementation, or onboarding environments preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of implementations involving configuration, data setup, or integrations is a plus.
• CAPM, PMP (in progress), or Agile certification is a plus but not required.
