Avetta is seeking a Global Compliance Project Manager with strong subject matter expertise in global regulatory compliance, supply chain risk management, and contractor risk management, with emphasis on HSE and ESG.

This role is a hands-on, SME-driven individual contributor position that blends regulatory expertise, project execution, and operational coordination. Reporting to the Director of Global Compliance, this role works cross-functionally across geographies, disciplines, and cultures. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party consultants to support compliant market expansion and execute regulatory content initiatives. The content lifecycle includes the ability to review regulatory intelligence, monitor changes and manage the change control process to continuously improve global compliance processes.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide subject matter expertise on global regulatory compliance, including HSE, Insurance, and ESG requirements across multiple countries
• Translate country-specific regulatory requirements into clear functional and technical system requirements (e.g., supply chain compliance frameworks, workflows, verification rules, data fields)
• Manage end-to-end regulatory compliance and content projects from intake through delivery using JIRA and related tools
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Product Operations, and Localization teams to ensure accurate and scalable implementation of regulatory requirements
• Conduct requirements review sessions with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party consultants to validate scope and regulatory applicability
• Be the trusted compliance authority for our global clients. You’ll proactively monitor and interpret regulatory changes, translate them into clear, actionable platform updates, and provide expert guidance that instills confidence. Your work ensures our customers know they are fully covered—every requirement, every jurisdiction, every time
• Support solution design by identifying edge cases, dependencies, and downstream impacts while balancing compliance rigor with user experience
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of regulatory content and system updates in accordance with defined SLAs and quality standards
• Work hand-in-hand with global compliance specialists and regional experts to ensure every interpretation is precise and every piece of content is accurate. You’ll be the bridge that ensures our solutions meet the highest standards of regulatory integrity worldwide to support our global solutions and services
• Support UAT and release readiness by validating that system behavior aligns with regulatory intent and documented requirements
• Track and report on project quality, cost, turnaround time, and SLA performance
• Monitor content completion and rejection metrics to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation, including regulatory assessments, corrective actions, and audit-ready records
• Develop, document, and improve scalable compliance and content management processes and continuous improvement initiatives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, HSE, Risk Management, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in global regulatory compliance or risk management, with hands-on project delivery experience in a SaaS or technology-enabled organization
• Strong working knowledge of international regulatory frameworks related to HSE, contractor compliance, and ESG
• Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory guidance into technical and functional requirements for SaaS platforms
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working closely with product and engineering teams
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-region projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and compliance rigor
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Advanced experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, and Salesforce
• Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts, rule-based logic, conditional workflows, and data/reporting structures preferred
• Industry certifications (CSP, CRIS, ESG-related certifications) are a plus
• Fluency in English in addition to one of the following languages: French, Japanese, German, Dutch or Chinese is a plus

SUMMARY

The Supplier Relationship Manager will own a strategic book of high-value suppliers and guide them through the full lifecycle - onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, and reactivation. This role blends account management, retention strategy, and consultative upsell into one high-impact motion. The SRM serves as the single point of accountability for supplier retention outcomes while influencing process improvement across multiple departments. This is a hybrid role, working three days a week in our Maidenhead office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a defined portfolio of suppliers with full lifecycle accountability (onboarding through renewal and reactivation)
• Deliver proactive, data-driven outreach based on health score signals, risk triggers, and lifecycle milestones
• Forecast renewals accurately using best/worst/likely modeling and document risks, saves, and objections
• Lead renewal and objection-handling conversations with empathy, confidence, and commercial acumen
• Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning supplier needs with product value
• Own escalation recovery and coordinate with Support, Billing, and Onboarding to remove friction
• Interpret usage data and campaign performance to optimize engagement and retention outcomes
• Partner with product, billing, and operations teams to influence internal processes and improve the supplier experience

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

• 3–6 years of experience in customer success, account management, renewals, or supplier relationship roles (B2B SaaS or compliance-driven environments strongly preferred)
• Proven track record managing a book of business with measurable retention or revenue impact
• Strong communication, objection handling, and commercial negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot); able to forecast and track performance with precision
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

SUMMARY

The Account Executive - Existing Clients is responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned Clients with the objective of ensuring optimum use and satisfaction with our solutions to secure continued expansion. In this role, you will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. The Account Executive - Existing Clients will be responsible for Client Renewals and, by providing feedback regarding each Client’s success, will be a key voice of the Client from the Sales Team.  This role will integrate with Client Implementation, Customer Success and Product Management Teams. Account Executive - Existing Clients are the primary contact for our most important and critical Clients and are targeted with a sales and client retention quota based on metrics around Renewal, Client Expansion and Client Satisfaction.  If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be requested, (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage relationships with key Client stakeholders and executive sponsors within the Safety, Procurement, Finance/Risk and Legal functions at Client Site and Corporate levels.
• In collaboration with Client Implementation and Customer Success ensure a high level of satisfaction with our solutions and services.
• Create and document a strategic account plan for each assigned client.
• Perform remote and onsite Client Reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement satisfaction and managing subsequent engagements.
• Reviews can be weekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on client needs, in concert with developed strategic account plan.
• Communicate all new features and products to assigned clients.
• Demo all products and features to current and/or expansion opportunities.
• Identify Expansion opportunities within assigned Clients and collaborate with other Teams as appropriate to ensure growth attainment.
• Participate in continuous improvement of Account Management Team.
• Create and communicate top customer issues, assist in developing action plans to resolve.
• Adherence to all sales processes including accurate and timely updating of applicable systems.
• Track and own your Account Management Metrics, Client Satisfaction, Client Call Plans, Client Reviews, Reference Status and deliver complete Sales Forecasts.
• This position requires regular travel to client sites within the assigned territory and key accounts to facilitate in-person meetings and strengthen client relationships. Travel is also required for all sales events, conferences, and other client-facing engagements.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the assigned sales quota.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

• Accountable for results and deliverables, able to work independently and proactively.
• Experienced in being responsible for Renewal and/or Expansion/Upsell quota and consistent proven success.
• 2+ years of Account Management experience in a Mid-Market software/complex sale, ideally a SaaS environment.
• Global experience is highly preferred.
• The candidate must possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
• Excellent time-management skills are essential for success in this role.
• Technically sound in computer skills and familiarity with CRM applications / SalesForce.com.
• The role requires strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• The candidate must demonstrate a strong willingness to put in the hours required to successfully execute all job responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, with Challenger and MEDDPICC experience highly preferred.
