A Brief Overview
Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the General Laborer will support the Facilities & Maintenance team by assisting with the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance, and general construction tasks at AEG facilities and venues while maintaining a safe work environment. The responsibilities include but are not limited to performing minor repairs, polishing and cleaning, recording meters and gauges, moving items, general landscaping and etc.

The stagehand is responsible for performing all setup before, during, and after events which includes, but is not limited to, assembling and disassembling production equipment on stage. In addition, the stagehand will work closely with and assist carpenters with scenery build, installation, video, sound and light production

GUEST SERVICES STAFF - Under the K Bridge
ID CHECKER/TICKET SCANNER
The ID Checker/Ticket Scanner is responsible for providing excellent customer service at all events, while providing directions and scanning tickets. The Usher/Ticket Scanner is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting guests with finding their seats, controlling access points, and assisting guests when issues/problems arise.

This position will serve as a physical presence throughout the event by escorting guests who need assistance and dispatching to medical and security for those in need. The Ambassador will work near Rideshare and Plaza areas to help direct guests to the appropriate entrance while also reiterating the event’s Good Neighbor Policy by encouraging guests to remain quiet and respectful of nearby residences.

A Brief Overview
The Special Events Coordinator shall be responsible for the planning, budgeting, and implementation of events as assigned by the General Manager including the backstage hospitality for touring artists when applicable. Under administrative direction of the General Manager, the Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting tenants with their scheduled events. This position will be responsible for equipment, supplies, inventory and physical plant areas involved in this position (dressing rooms, backstage hospitality and similar areas). The Events Coordinator also serves as the venue representative to local hotels and develops relationships and coordinates pricing with these organizations.
